American entrepreneurial scientist Josh Bocanegra has announced the registration of a new artificial intelligence program, Humai. The scientist stated that the ultimate goal of his program is neither more nor less, but the resurrection of the dead. The scientist believes that the first resurrected will appear by 2045.
As stated in the publication of the British Sunday Express, the scientist decided to act by freezing human brains for a long period of time using cryonics and very low temperatures.
Then, the brain of the deceased person will return to life and be implanted into an artificially created body.
So far, scientists cannot create such bodies. But in the future, Bocanegra believes, there will be no problems with this. And thus, the brain, which can be kept alive, will receive a new grown body and the person will continue to live.
At the same time, says Bocanegra, it is possible to extract the brain of the dead and freeze it now.
However, a number of scientists have already called this idea utopian, since it is hardly possible to keep all brain cells alive. In this case, even if everything goes well with the implantation of the brain into an artificial body, a person may lose memory, skills, will not be able to control the new body and will not look like himself at all. Scientists claim that the actions of such a resurrected subject will be unpredictable.
