One of the healers told me once that he counted 172 "infusions" in me. I was then in Melbourne, where I came to visit my family, and decided to go to a healer to clean up myself after a year in Europe.
Hearing that I had "boosts", I was shocked. I meditated a lot, practiced positive thinking, and almost always got along well with my surroundings. Although, of course, the year spent in the huge city was quite tough.
I have always viewed the boost as an obsession, but it’s not really the same thing. Injections are rather mental and energetic junk that we pick up every day, whether at work, in a store or restaurant. We can also pick up infusions from the people around us.
Think of it this way: if someone near you is in a bad mood, it can be contagious. On some level, you perceive their emotional blues, and this energy sticks to you.
The same applies to the environment: in large crowds or large cities, the “amount of pain” around you is very great, and while you are in this energy, all sorts of energy slag easily stick to you.
We become susceptible to such boosts when we feel vulnerable, or when we have no psychic or energetic protection.
Due to infusions, irritability, grumpiness, fatigue, a feeling of heaviness, especially around the neck and in the shoulders, are possible - all for no reason, blues and apathy.

Energy boosts of this kind usually disappear when you consciously try to "shake things up", or start thinking in a positive way. It is very important to develop a "shield" against injection, especially if you live or work in a highly emotional environment.
"Injections" are just fragments of emotional energy that stick to your personal energy field or aura; the obsession is that a spirit actually enters your soul body.
There are two types of spirit possession:
1. Outside obsession: Spirit sticks to your energy body, usually from the back.
2. Obsession from within: The spirit penetrates your soul body and competes with your own soul (which can be seen in horror movies).
Spirits attach themselves to our energy bodies or try to get inside the soul for several purposes:
They need energy: After physical death, the spirit leaves the body, and is supposed to cross the border of the worlds. But not all spirits do this, usually because they have some unfinished business, or they are simply frightened. In the absence of a physical body and without Divine power, they go in search of the energy of other people in order to continue to exist.
They want to live still: If the spirit has not resigned itself to its death, it can remain for some time in our world, trying to live at someone else's expense. This usually happens to drug addicts and alcoholics who suddenly die from some kind of trauma. They can try to "saddle" someone and make him lead the way they like.
They were never alive: There are spirits that have never taken human form. They can be demons. They are trying to take over the body in order to carry out some dark or negative action with its help. They usually want to cause harm and even death.
Obsession of any kind is extremely dangerous. Signs of possession include mental distress, anger, violent outbursts of rage, or other inappropriate behavior. Victims can also appear lifeless, dull, drowsy and have a loss of appetite.
It can happen to anyone. This usually happens to vulnerable people or those in contact with the supernatural world. Amateur experiences with spiritualism, Ouija boards, and other occult practices without appropriate experience and protection can also make a person receptive.
The obsession is usually accompanied by other paranormal manifestations in the victim's home.
The good news is that even if you are possessed by a spirit or infusions, not all is lost. Nowadays there are a huge number of professional exorcists, healers, shamans who will help you free yourself from this energy.
