Everyone knows that children all over the world disappear and everyone who cares about it writes a lot and often.

Since the official media somehow do not disclose the topic, the topic of missing children has long been the subject of interest of conspiracy theorists. The most different and wildest versions come to people's minds, from the total industry for pedophiles to ritual sacrifices with eating and dismemberment.

To many, these assumptions seem fiction, delirium of a madman, and so on. And paradoxically, it really is. Pedophilia and sacrifice are, of course, very bad. But in reality, everything is much, much worse.

In 1998, an organization such as ICMEC (International Center for Missing & Exploited Children) was created, an international center for the search for missing children. Initially, ICMEC had offices in 22 countries, now there are more than a hundred offices.

If you read the current press, then the number of children disappearing in the world makes your hair stand on end. They write that only in Russia 15,000 disappears a year, and all over the world there are hundreds of thousands. But all this, as it turned out, is not entirely true. The truth is that according to official ICMEC figures, eight million children go missing every year. Think about this figure.

Eight million in 40 years, that is, the age of an active adult is 320,000,000. This means that within 40 years, the population of a country the size of the United States has disappeared without a trace. Where have all these people gone?

For the satisfaction of the passions of pedophiles, for witchcraft rituals, for testing cosmetics, for donor organs and other things that everyone often writes about - 8,000,000 a year is a bit too much. It is necessary that in the world every second person is either a cannibal or a pedophile. Then such volumes of "supplies" are needed.

Western conspiracy theorists, shocked by the new ICMEC data, are at a loss. For decades they have been talking about hundreds of thousands of missing people. And then, it turns out, in the United States alone, 800,000 children disappear a year. Almost a million.

Promotional video:

One million children a year means that 1% of US families give their children away once a year. Since childhood lasts until the age of 18, the statistics for 18 years is 18,000,000. That is, almost every fifth family in the United States, it turns out, loses a child. It disappears without a trace.

Impressed by these new data, stunned conspiracy theorists are trying to reduce the balance with the bulldo, using the so-called hardcore conspiracy theories. That is, theories, having heard which, the conspiracy theorists themselves had previously recommended foil hats to colleagues.

What are these theories?

For example, according to some conspiracy theorists, the governments of large countries have long mastered flights inside the solar system, and for many years entire companies have been engaged in mining resources on Mars, the Moon and even in the asteroid belt. And companies need slaves to work.

There is an even wilder theory. Its supporters proceed from the fact that there are huge bases of aliens on Earth. Not one or two, like Area 51 in the US, but many. And there, too, slaves are needed. And fresh food.

We can neither refute nor confirm such assumptions, but what we can - we can look at the issue a little more broadly.

As ICMEC representatives complain, their statistics are incorrect, because they are incomplete. If in Germany, for example, there is a very good police force, and all Germans have mobile phones and trust this police, then if a child is missing, the Germans immediately call this police. At the same time, there is no such order in the countries of Africa, Asia and Latin America. Nobody knows how many children are missing there, even approximately.

Further. Modern Germany is a very developed, technologically advanced country, where there is even a police force that even looks for someone at some point. However, in addition to the police in Germany (and in Europe as a whole) there is also such a thing as juvenile justice - a characteristic attribute of "modern civilization".

Today in Germany, approximately 50,000 children are squeezed from parents a year. According to legend, they are given to other families, but who checked? And another 100,000 disappear by themselves, it is not clear how and where - this is the ICMEC data. In total, not 100,000, but 150,000 children per year. For Germany only.

Based on the above, it can be assumed that the ICMEC statistics reflect an underestimated approximate statistics of the disappearance of children on a global scale. In reality, not 8 million children disappear in the world every year, but all 12 million.

But that's not all, because adults are people just like children. And they also disappear. We do not know how much they disappear, no one reports to us. But you can estimate.

For example, the Russian press writes that 15,000 children disappear in Russia every year. ICMEC believes that this figure is 10 times lower.

The same Russian press writes that 120,000 adults disappear in the country a year. Reasoning by analogy, we can assume that this figure is also 10 times underestimated.

We can neither refute nor confirm this assumption, however, according to the most optimistic estimates, on the whole, a billion people have disappeared from the face of the planet over the past half century. And maybe much more. And this cannot but lead to certain thoughts.
