While studying Google Earth satellite imagery, Pavel Volodin, an employee of the Kuzbass energy company, came across extraordinary circles in the forest located 1.5 kilometers from the village of Konovalovo, Belovsky district, not far from the power transmission line.
Sibdepo was informed about this by his colleague, the leading manager of the OJSC Kuzbassenergosvyaz, Alexey Dvoichenkov, to whom Volodin showed the find. Photos made a splash in the company.
Having examined in detail the images in the Google Earth program, on which the circles were captured in the winter, the company's employees examined the same area in the Yandex application and saw the same circles in the summer. In summer, under the crowns of trees, they are almost invisible, and if, without seeing them from above, visit that place, then most likely, a casual hunter or mushroom picker will not even notice anything unusual - ditches and hills …
“The diameter of the great circle is about 300 meters, - says Alexey Dvoichenkov, - and the diameter of the six inner circles is about 30 meters. Of course, we don't know exactly what it is, but it looks more like some kind of traces of an alien ship, or perhaps, in this place there used to be some kind of underground rocket silos or traces of an ancient settlement.
Another observation: these circles from above are already overgrown with trees, quite high, which means that the trail was left several tens, or even hundreds of years ago. But these are only assumptions."

Dvoichenkov admitted to Sibdepo that the interest in the find is so strong that the men are going to go on an expedition after a while to study the extraordinary circles on the spot. Alexey also hopes that professional ufologists or other scientists who will help unravel the mystery of the Belov circles will be interested in their find.
