Psychologists from the United States in practice have confirmed the postulate of the "herd feeling" inherent in humans. A video illustrating this has appeared on YouTube.
Experiment scientists conducted in a small room, where the participants were in line. The subjects reacted to the sound signal, by which they rose from their seats in unison, while not realizing the reasons for their behavior. The girl who was more confused than anyone else, the researchers left alone. The rest of the volunteers were gradually summoned by the scientists.
At the signal, the subject continued to get up, and then it was decided to change the rules of the experiment. A man was invited to participate in it, who did not know anything about the details of this experience. When the girl got up, a new volunteer asked her why she was doing it.
The subject explained that everyone who participated in the experiment before her behaved in this way. Therefore, the new participant, just like all people after him, begin to get up on command with the young woman. This experiment, psychologists believe, is evidence in favor of the assertion that people obey the sense of the "herd."
