Centuries ago, alchemists seriously argued that gold, crushed to a powder state, added to drink, can not only prolong a person's youth, but also restore youth to deep old people.

What is this - a fraud or echoes of the knowledge of previous civilizations of the Earth? Let's try to figure it out.

GOLD: HEALS OR HITS?

Many have heard about the existence of gold dishes, but few people know that in the distant past, a meal on gold was not at all the boast of the rulers, but a real vital necessity. So, for example, in the Ancient World it was seriously believed that food served on gold dishes would never be poisoned, since gold cannot be in contact with poisons and instantly turns black.

In addition, ancient medical treatises claim that wearing gold on the body relieves a person from mental anguish, timidity and heart problems. Interestingly, but really the representatives of the criminals of the nineties loved to wear gold chains and at the same time did not differ at all with great timidity or mental anguish for their actions. To heal a sore throat or to remove bad breath, village healers suggested holding a piece of gold in your mouth.

And young girls wishing to pierce their ears were advised to do it exclusively with a gold needle, since in this case the hole will never overgrow. To appease a capricious child, they advised him to wear a gold chain. I must say that the author of the article tried to apply this grandfather's way of calming young children in his life, it turned out that it works!

SCIENCE IN THE COURSE

Paradoxically, as medical practice shows, most of the recipes for traditional medicine really have a right to exist. Moreover, such recipes are supported by the most modern scientific data. Gold and related beliefs are no exception.

Scientists have long proven that gold is present in the body of every person. Moreover, despite its extremely low concentration, this metal is nevertheless physiologically extremely active. Therefore, by increasing or decreasing its amount in the human body, it is possible to influence the processes occurring in the body.

Even the legendary Paracelsus in his writings argued that "not the transformation of metals into gold should be the goal of alchemy, but the preparation of medicines." Obviously, not daring to disobey their great predecessor, modern doctors widely use gold for medicinal and prophylactic purposes. With the help of gold preparations, the human immune system is regulated.

Doctors recommend wearing gold jewelry to all people suffering from hypertension, diseases of the joints and spine, diseases of the heart and liver, as well as those who often fall into depression. Considering that in Russia a good half of the year is cloudy, slushy, melancholy weather, the advice of doctors to wear a gold chain around your neck is extremely relevant and useful.

SIP OF GOLD

However, the most amazing gold phenomenon described by ancient healers and confirmed by modern scientists is the so-called drinking gold. As fantastic as it sounds, gold was really drunk! The case is documented when doctors prescribed to drink gold to the French king Louis XI. This is evidenced by the account that has survived to this day, according to which 96 gold thalers were spent on the treatment of the king from epilepsy.

The fact that this was not an isolated case, that such a practice was widely used in the Middle Ages, is evidenced by the work of the alchemist and court physician David de Planis-Campi published in France in 1583 under the title: "A treatise on the true, unsurpassed, great and universal medicine of the ancients, or about drinking gold, an incomparable treasury of inexhaustible wealth. " However, this is far from the first book dedicated to drinking gold. It was mentioned in ancient Chinese manuscripts dating from the 1st century BC. e., and the Chinese called drinking gold only as "the elixir of life", giving health, youth and strength.

It is surprising that today practically no one writes about the preparation of various drinks under the general name "drinking gold" in ancient times, and since the first years of our era this hobby has been extremely popular. Wealthy and noble people of both sexes have consumed drinking gold for centuries in the hope of staying forever young.

A noteworthy case was published in one of the issues of an English medical journal. The article spoke about the results of the analysis of the remains of Diana de Poitiers, known to fans of French classics, who during her lifetime was the mistress of King Henry II of France. Scientists have found an increased gold content in the woman's hair. However, given the fact that Diana was never a queen, and therefore did not wear a golden crown, the examination data could only be explained by the active use of drinking gold.

But gold is not a bar of chocolate; it cannot be dissolved in boiling water and drunk. How did the wealthy people of the past use this precious drink in the literal sense of the word?

A fairly simple recipe was used to prepare drinking gold. A certain amount of pure gold, usually about 5 g, was placed in a ceramic or glass dish filled with 200 ml of water and boiled until exactly half of the water boiled away. Then they drank this water one teaspoon three times a day - no more!

However, this is far from the only way to make drinking gold. Some eminent patients of the Middle Ages chewed small thin gold plates to strengthen their immunity, and the inhabitants of Venice even sprinkled their food with gold sawdust. Gold as a medicinal preparation was so popular that already in 1880 the American physician L. T. Kelly, pouring a colloidal solution of gold into his patients' veins, tried (albeit unsuccessfully) to treat even alcoholism!

GOLD RUNS IN VIENNA

No matter how fantastic it all looks, scientists confirm that the gold that got into the human body really disinfects it, kills harmful microorganisms and pathogenic microbes. That is why the use of drinking gold is simply irreplaceable during epidemics. In addition, as we have already noted, golden water strengthens the nervous system, prevents and cures heart disease, and also significantly improves immunity.

For the first time, golden water was officially recognized as a medicine in the treatises of Ayurvedic medicine in 2000 BC. e. Within its framework, drinking gold is used as a powerful immunostimulant that improves mental performance, prolongs youth, and is a powerful antidepressant. From a scientific point of view, gold water is ordinary drinking water saturated with gold ions with a concentration of about 0.0005-0.001 mg / l.

Despite the fact that today it is quite easy to find both the gold water itself and the devices for its independent production on free sale, traditional healers prefer to obtain it by boiling thin foil of high-grade gold. It is recommended to consume golden water in portions from 30 to 100 ml: for healthy people once a week, with weakened immunity - every day for 10 days, for people suffering from chronic diseases - 2-3 courses a year for ten days.

If a person does not trust the chemical method of obtaining gold water, there are natural sources in the world, the water in which initially contains gold ions. Today, the most famous mountain spring Au Le Cadeau is bottled and supplied to the world market by ABC Dispersing Technologies. It is believed that the water from this source strengthens the body of healthy people, and also heals the most chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system and metabolic disorders.
