The money is transferred to the accounts of the company "Solar Group Limited".
However, this company is nothing more than offshore. Because it is registered in the Republic of Vanuatu.
Where is this Republic located ???
Do you think somewhere in a large country, or a State ???
It was not there.
The Republic of Vanuatu is a group of islands in the Pacific Ocean.
The very same legal address of the company is located on one of these islands in the coastal resort area. Where are cafes, shops and souvenir shops.
This is the second thing to pay attention to.
But that's not all.
So that investors do not ask any questions about why the company is registered in offshores, they were explained that in fact, this was done in order not to pay huge taxes to the treasury of the Russian Federation.

This company is registered in Moscow and has a real legal address.
The founder of this company is someone, Igor Nikolayevich Yakovlev.
He holds the position of CEO.
However, this company, in turn, was founded by another company "AS and PP" LLC.
"LLC AS and PP", founded by the same, Yakovlev Igor Nikolaevich, but in the constituent documents, he himself appears, Dmitry Duyunov.
But this company, sponsored by Skolkovo, produces all kinds of equipment.
And all would be fine, but representatives of the Duyunov project, say that investors will profit from the purchase of shares of LLC SovElMash.

Don't you find anything, no catch ???
Here they for some reason forgot to write "LLC" (Limited Liability Company).
Whether intentionally or not, let's leave this question open.
According to Section 4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Limited Liability Companies" No. 14 - ФЗ dated 08.02.1998, the legislation prohibits the issue of shares to all companies with the status of "LLC" (Limited Liability Company).

What kind of shares are they then if SovElMash LLC does not have the right to issue them ???
These are shares of Solar Group Limited, a company that is located offshore.
The fact is that the circuit is built like this:
Investors invest in offshore companies, in Solar Group Limited, and that, in turn, invests in SovElMash LLC.
And these promotions are nothing more than electronic virtual numbers.

But the most interesting thing is how Duyunov's website plays up the rejection of very large investors.
That is, Duyunov's company received offers from very large investors, but patriotism leaped in the blood.
That is why now ordinary people from the people invest in the company.

In general, I wrote this article only for you to decide for yourself whether the investment project scheme is transparent.

On its website, Duyunov's company promised to start producing wheel motors already in 2018.
But it's 2019, and nothing happened. Instead, Duyunov's YouTube channel continues to publish seminar videos and announcements of presentations that have been going on for many years.
