The researcher of mysterious creatures Lon Strickler was written by a resident of Canada with the initials JK. On his farm, a strange creature has settled in an abandoned barn. He named it the "Canadian Spiderbat" because it looked like a huge bat with a spider's head.
“It happened a week ago, I don’t know exactly how long it was, but it was already very dark. I was returning home after locking up our cattle for the night. I walked past an old, almost collapsed barn, which was also the property of our family, and suddenly I saw a strange creature that quickly disappeared from me in the barn window.
When I approached and looked inside, I saw how it was sitting there huddled in a niche under the window and it seemed very large to get through this window. It clearly did not want me to see it, much less catch it. But it looked at me with its small, shiny white eyes. As soon as I saw this creature, I rushed to run quickly to the house. It was large, massive and had wings.
As I ran, I had the impression that this creature was following me just as quickly. And it seems to me that this creature made me think so. Since then, I am afraid to go out in the dark alone on the street and even more so to walk past this old barn.
Later it seemed to me that I heard some sounds from the barn. It was as if someone were walking on wooden planks back and forth. I wasn't even sure if it really was, or if my mind was playing with me, creating illusions based on my fear.
Every time I pass the barn, it seems to me that they are watching me from there. This happened in the province of Alberta. Unfortunately, I cannot name the exact point, it will create a buzz and may be troubles for me.
The creature was about 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall, but I saw it when it was sitting huddled against the wall, so it was probably huge in full height, probably 10-15 feet high (3-4.5 meter).
