Psychotronic weapons, which are also called neural weapons, are one of the most effective types of non-lethal effects on a person and a group of people. The principle of its action lies in the remote influence on the psyche, which allows you to discreetly manipulate consciousness, physiological processes and behavior. The active force of psychotronic weapons is electromagnetic radiation, which at a certain frequency can become a powerful agent of changes in the human body.
The development of this type of weapon began a long time ago and, in addition to experimental programs, sometimes you can find information about its combat use. One such incident occurred during the Gulf War, when an area of fierce Iraqi resistance was treated with electromagnetic cannons ahead of the American offensive. Such serious scientific centers as Harvard, Yale, Los Angeles University, Tulane and others took part in the research. Some of the results of these experiments have found practical application in the implantation of electro-implants into the brains of dolphins, which guided kamikaze animals towards enemy ships. But in 1973, the documentation is cut short, although this does not mean that the programs have been curtailed.
Apparently, the use of psychotronic weapons, after their first use in 1991, found further use in Afghanistan and Libya, as well as in Iraq.

The first psychotronic weapons operations were called Scanit and Grillflame and were conducted by the CIA and NSA at Fort Meade, under the leadership of Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden, Albert Stabenbein, Ingo Swann, Keith Hari, Ed Dames, Gerald Kutov, Russell Tyke, Paul Smythe others. All these people subsequently continued the path of work on remote influence on the psyche: Lieutenant Colonel Bearden became the head of the Psychotronic Association, and Ed Dames and Albert Stabenbyen of the Grilflame project opened the Sitek corporation to produce ready-made psychotronic weapons. Other members of this team also "lit up" during the infamous mass suicide of the followers of the Jim Jones sect.
Its former participants, the test subject Katherine Aubrien and the former CIA officer Mark Phillips, are also beginning to talk about the MK-Ultra project. According to him, already in 1967, the equipment for experiments seemed much ahead of its time. Phillips also talked about the prominent role that Nazi scientists played in research, which, in his opinion, became the reason that the spirit of arrogance, cynicism and aggressive imperialism began to spread in the highest circles of America. According to Phillips, German scientists constantly experimented with the lower side of the human psyche and looked for the most effective methods of influencing it - such as pornography, violence, occult techniques.
All this illustrates well the foundation of American "democracy" and shows that aggressive totalitarianism lies in its essence, goals and methods.
