One of these puzzles, falling out of their slender model, the formation and succession of geological eras, was presented by nature in the form of unusual boulders near the village of Zhukovlyane, after which they got their name - Zhukovlyanskiy boulders.
This artifact was found in general by accident, as a result of the development of a sand pit, an excavator bucket removed an unusual rounded boulder from the ground, and then another and another. The unusualness here was not only in its shape, but also in the fact that, according to the geological conclusion, there should not be any rocks in this area. At what they came across in such a quantity and of such a size that the work eventually had to be stopped, the technique used in the development of the quarry could not cope.
Their appearance was explained by the movement of the glacier, which brought them thousands of kilometers from the place of formation. This was also the interpretation of those bizarre forms that they acquired during the journey when they came into contact with each other and obstacles in the way. But still, the almost perfect round shape of a significant part of them left open about their origin.
Apparently, colleagues from America have not appeared here for a long time.
There is a theory about the existence of inorganic life on Earth, they include huge boulders capable of growth, budding and independent movement. The most famous in this regard are the moving stones in the area with the telling name - Death Valley, a mountainous desert area with extremely sparse vegetation and a kind of animal world.
