In one of them, on the fourth floor, they allegedly regularly see phantoms of some children, as well as an adult man with one leg, for which the ghost was nicknamed “One-legged Johnny”. The room, located on the twelfth floor, is generally sealed, even the maids do not enter there, since everyone who visited there experienced an unbearable feeling, as if there was something otherworldly and very eerie nearby.

As for number 18, the following is told about it. Once a guest who lived there sat down to play poker. Among the players was the owner of the hotel. Although he was usually lucky at cards, this time his luck turned against him. He himself did not notice how he lost to the guest from the 18th room … his hotel!
The happy player went to his room. In his dreams, he probably already saw himself as a rich man! But the man was not destined to live to see wealth: as soon as he crossed the threshold of the room, someone pounced on him and killed him. The owner of the hotel himself had an alibi, but he could have sent someone … One way or another, it was not possible to find out the truth.
The guests who had to live in the ill-fated room told that there was a kind of tense atmosphere, as if someone or something invisible exuded waves of rage and anger. After something greatly scared the next inhabitants of the room, the owner decided to close it.
The palms of the dead
In Banff (Alberta, Canada) there is the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel, which is famous for its paranormal activity. It is mainly concentrated in room 873. According to rumors, a man once killed his entire family there.
When the guests were settled in the room, they complained that when the light was off, they heard someone's voices, and when the light was turned on, the prints of human palms appeared on the windows and mirrors.
