Yrka is an evil creature that replenishes its vitality by feeding on human blood and its fears. He was a man who himself shortened his life. After death, he turns into a demon and begins to annoy people at night. Most of the people who met him died painfully, but there were also lucky ones who survived and were able to tell what the creature looked like. His eyes glow in the dark. It looks like a human, but the body is disfigured with ulcers and cadaveric spots. This evil spirit trades only at night and is seen by a man who, inadvertently, turned around and looked into his eyes.
The entity operates in the field, since the goblin do not allow this creature to come to them. When a traveler is left alone in the field at night, it often seems to him that they are following him. You can't turn around, because it was the yrka who outlined a sacrifice for himself. It is almost impossible to escape from him, but to read the prayer "Our Father!" will be just the way. This creature is able to confuse a person, lead him astray or make the shortest path endless. If he looked around, the creature instantly turns out to be near the person and begins to circle and speak, this makes the victim slow and loses his sense of danger. Looking into the eyes, yrka bewitches a person and tirelessly says all sorts of things. He can call out to the traveler in voices familiar to him, tempting to turn around. Yrka is afraid of fire and light, and therefore, if you go into the field, it is better to take a lantern with you.
