I must say that Rastorguev was generally known as a bad person. They said he killed his first wife in order to then marry a gypsy. In 1822, there was a riot in the factories. He was brutally suppressed, there was a lot of blood and victims. As a result, Lev Ivanovich had a blow. He died,becoming the second ghost of his mansion.
The house passed into the possession of his son-in-law, Pyotr Kharitonov. The new master loved wide revels with buckets of champagne, gypsies and debauchery. He easily lent money, but those who did not return it disappeared forever in the basements of the estate. The gardener Kharitonov allegedly told about their violent death. Subsequently, during the great fire of 1842, many neighboring houses burned down, but Chadin's mansion survived. Residents claimed that in its windows they saw a kikimora waving a handkerchief at the fire. Since then, the building has been nicknamed the House with a Kikimora - it supposedly protects the building from fire and destruction.

The most amazing thing is that if in other large cities of the country you need to try to see a ghost, then in Omsk it poses in front of the cameras. Not so long ago, in the Omsk Museum of Local Lore, video cameras captured a ghost.
