And it is very strange that an unconfirmed hypothesis is taught in schools as a "scientifically grounded" "ultimate truth." This alone speaks of the global nature of the introduction of this so-called "theory" into the consciousness of mankind.
In addition, it has a sufficient number of "white spots" and outright "inconsistencies". Thus, it is believed that life on Earth originated about 4 billion years ago and all current biological species descended from one common ancestor - a primitive microorganism. But new paleontological studies show that this is not the case at all. The first primordial organisms swam in the primordial ocean for almost 3 billion years and did not want to evolve at all. And therefore, modern scientists still cannot understand and explain what exactly happened 530 million years ago, when at the beginning of the Cambrian period all these first inhabitants of our planet completely died out and instead of them many new living creatures appeared.
Scientists called this mysterious phenomenon the "Cambrian Explosion". The uniqueness of this phenomenon lies precisely in the fact that no "transitional link" has yet been found between the first bacteria and new multicellular organisms. All these new living organisms emerged in a fairly short period of time - 5 million years, which clearly contradicts the hypothesis of slow evolution. And even Charles Darwin himself, in the preface to the last edition of his book, could not fail to mention this phenomenon. He wrote:
Another "inconsistency" of Darwin's theory is the absence of fossil remains of "transitional forms" between different species of animals. Including between great apes and humans.
