Let's suppose that the war of the ancient gods never happened in reality, but that it was invented by ancient dreamers. Since I am not strong in mythology, there will be few examples, but there should be enough for understanding.
Take the Indian Mahabharata for example. What is the likelihood that events from it could coincide with a completely different religion, albeit indirectly? And if the coincidence is not a single one?
Then we get an interesting picture. I offer 2 options.
1) Everyone liked the events from Indian myths so much that other religions began to be created on their basis.
2) The events were real, hence the coincidence.
Today I recalled the events of the divine encounter from the Bible. When Lucifer imagined himself to be the strongest and decided to change power.
In other words, this skirmish can be called the war of the gods. Another interesting note is that the conflict between God and the devil took place before humans appeared. To put it more simply, it is a very long time ago.
The remains of megalithic structures can also be drawn to these moments. Some of them resemble bomb shelters, and some of the ruins leave the impression of devastation from powerful explosions.

Here are 2 simple examples. Barabar cave complex in India, reminiscent of bomb shelters, as well as scattered megaliths in Peru.
These ruins are more reminiscent of the effects of hostilities than the effects of time and erosion. It is hard to believe that ten-ton megaliths can be scattered just like that.
I understand perfectly well that this information is not enough to put forward even a version, but it should give reason at least for further reflection.
