Henri Paul lost control and crashed into a support column. The photographer, according to the investigation, had absolutely nothing to do with it. However, the father of the deceased Dodi al-Fayed since 1998 claims that this attempt was organized by the British special services on the instructions of the royal family, having filed the relevant lawsuits. But the French ignored his statements.

In turn, the Royal Court of London, which was also considering the case, said that the princess and her companion were victims of unlawful murder by gross negligence of Paul's chauffeur and drivers of other vehicles. Under these circumstances, Johns Hopkins' statement that he was ordered to kill Princess Diana because she "posed a threat to the British crown," had the effect of a bomb.
At the same time, the former agent stressed that his superiors ordered him to make everything look like an accident. Obviously, the British authorities will now have to answer many uncomfortable questions, because such statements are just one step away from death just do not make!
Second confession: don't be friends with presidents
One of the loudest scandals of the 20th century was the untimely death of one of the symbols of Hollywood - the legendary Marilyn Monroe.
Her alleged suicide from the outside, like in the case of Princess Diana, looked like an accident resulting from an overdose of sleeping pills. However, immediately after the death of the actress, the Western media started talking about the fact that she was removed by the US special services because of her love affair with the country's President John F. Kennedy.
This version received its confirmation only after several decades. Several years ago, the World News Daily Report in the United States reported that a certain Norman Hodges was admitted to Norfolk Hospital.
The man, who turned 78, was in serious condition and was close to death. The old man confessed to the doctors that he was a former CIA agent who sent 37 people to the next world, including Marilyn Monroe. At the same time, Norman Hodges said that the Hollywood star was not only the mistress of John F. Kennedy, but also Fidel Castro.
According to the former CIA agent, his boss Jimmy Hayworth ordered the removal of the star, but in such a way that it looked like an overdose or suicide. The order was executed according to the instructions. Hodges' words were confirmed by American actor Gianni Russo, known for his role in The Godfather.
In an interview with the New York Post, the man said that he was the actress's lover and knows what kind of death Marilyn Monroe died. According to the actor, the woman was killed by order from the White House. As the elderly actor told the press, Marilyn Monroe was removed by order of Robert Kennedy so that their intimate relationship would not become public.
Confession Three: Don't Conspiracy
It is symbolic that after the death of Marilyn Monroe, her lover, the 35th President of the United States, John F. Kennedy, also fell victim to the murderer.
According to indirect information, the organization of the assassination attempt was led by CIA agent Howard Hunt. Howard Hunt came under suspicion of investigators almost immediately, but the police could not prove anything. It was only on his deathbed that the former agent dictated on tape a confession to the crime, which, according to Western media reports, he left to his relatives.
During his lifetime, Howard Hunt was a well-known US intelligence officer. In 1974, he was the leader of a group of undercover agents who infiltrated the headquarters of the US Democratic National Committee at the Watergate Hotel. Subsequently, this precedent led to the resignation of President Richard Nixon.
For a quarter of a century, Howard Hunt worked in the Directorate of Covert Subversive Operations, and then published 46 detective novels. At the time of the assassination of John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Howard Hunt was close to the crime scene. Investigators also got hold of letters from Oswald Harvey, who fired fatal bullets at John F. Kennedy, addressed to Howard Hunt. In the last one, Oswald Harvey asked a CIA agent for information on an unnamed person for "certain actions." The letter is dated November 8, 1963 - two weeks before the assassination of the President of the United States.
However, the CIA denied this information, stating that the letter was written to another person - millionaire G. L. Hantu, who had already passed away by this time. Suspicion was cleared from Howard Hunt. At the same time, it is interesting to note that it was Howard Hunt who planned and organized several assassination attempts on Fidel Castro, which he writes about in his book Send Us This Day, as well as attempts on the life of the leaders of other anti-American regimes.
There was also a reason for the CIA to crack down on John F. Kennedy, who, after coming to power, curtailed all "paramilitary" CIA operations abroad, and also dismissed CIA Director Dulles, the head of the CIA's Covert Subversive Operations Directorate, Richard Bissell. Organizing an assassination attempt for a person with experience of similar operations, such as those of Howard Hunt, was not difficult.

In the 19th century, the monster was accused of the death of a sailing ship.
The first clear photograph of Nessie appeared on April 21, 1934 in the pages of the Daily Mail. In the photograph, one could distinguish a small torso, a long neck and a small head, a supposedly fossilized raptor.
The author of the photo was Colonel of Medical Service, surgeon Robert Kenneth Wilson. According to him, the photo was taken by accident during bird watching. For more than half a century, this photograph was considered confirmation of the existence of Nessie, but in 1994 it was officially recognized that the photograph was a fake!
A similar confession was made by 90-year-old Christopher Sparling, one of the participants in this hoax. The idea for the prank was photographer-reporter Montague Wethorl, who asked his stepson Christopher Sparling to make a model of the creature out of plasticized wood. Then the model of the lizard was attached to a toy submarine, sent into the waters of the lake and photographed. The pictures were taken to the newspaper by the reporter's friend surgeon Robert Wilson, whose reputation was beyond doubt.
