“On October 4, I was privileged to speak with Jim Semivan (VP of Operations, TTS / AAS), Harold Puthoff (VP of Science and Technology), Christopher Mellon (National Security Adviser) and Luis Elizondo (Chief of Security and Special Programs) at a four-hour meeting in Washington.
At the meeting, I was given information about the plans and shown some revealing documents and secret reports, some of which will be made public. I was particularly curious to meet with Luis Elizondo, because he ran a program at DOD that includes the study of anomalous aerial threats. Luis retired literally the day before we met. I checked what his tasks were at the Pentagon. He received the highest praise from his superiors. I learned that important data and documentation is expected to be made public through the Academy of Interest (COI) online community in collaboration with the US government.
Luis told me that in the course of his work, he discovered that the problem of unexplained aerial threats and related phenomena is particularly interesting and mysterious. “Unlike other areas that many people at the Pentagon knew about, the topic of aviation threats that I was involved with was with a limited audience that few people knew about, except for individuals,” he said.
I asked him if these unidentified objects were considered threats. “They showed no obvious hostility,” he replied. "But anything unexplained is always considered a potential threat until we are sure that it is not."
“From our observations, I and others have formed an opinion, and it is that this phenomenon is quite real. On the other hand, I believe that we are closer now than ever before in our understanding of how it works,”he told me.”
