Residents of Yekaterinburg witnessed a paranormal phenomenon. On the night of November 6-7, a circular pattern appeared on the playground of one of the courtyards.

Numerous rings of regular diametrical shape diverged from a clearly defined center in the form of a circle with a diameter of about 50 centimeters. The interval between them was approximately 10-15 centimeters, and the diameter of the entire pattern was about 30 meters. All concentric circles, consisting of alternating light snow strips and dark soil strips visible from under the snow in places of thawed patches, were almost the same in structure and size, Novy Region reports.

“The circles are located a few meters from the residential building, on a playground with iron swings and ladders,” said Dmitry Volobuev, ufologist, head of the Ural Anomalistics Monitoring Station “URAN”. - This is alarming, since snow rings are always formed not just anywhere, but necessarily on children's playgrounds - in all cities where such cases were recorded, even in the CIS countries. There is some kind of regularity."

When analyzing the anomalous phenomenon, ufologists came to the unanimous opinion that the circles were not intentionally made by someone.

“Too laborious and pointless work, plus the absence of boot marks in the snow. The activity of vortices of air flows (microtornado) is also unlikely, since the circles were relatively smooth at the edges and not spiral. In addition, they formed at 10 degrees below zero, when the snow was loose and volatile,”says Dmitry Volobuev.

According to him, an almost instantaneous powerful thermal heating of the snow cover from a height took place here, which gave a profile thawing of the snow. It is not clear what this source could have been.

“UFO involvement cannot be ruled out. It can be assumed that all these circles in the snow were made by ray clusters of the so-called "solid light", released from UFOs hovering at a low altitude. These rays themselves could be invisible, if their main part was in the ultraviolet and infrared range. Our Ukrainian colleagues, when investigating a similar phenomenon in Kiev, came to exactly this conclusion.

Metropolitan ufologists, faced with circles near Moscow, also considered this version. Although there is no need to rush to premature conclusions. Therefore, the impact of a hypothetical UFO, which, by the way, has not been seen by anyone, should be left at the level of a hypothesis for lack of any clues,”notes Dmitry Volobuev.
