Scientists reported that the study of the underwater cave "Black Hole" has led to rare results. They were released by a team of US experts from the University of Tennessee.

According to them, the cave is located under the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. The grotto causes genuine interest in the scientific world with its mystery.

After the divers studied the contents of the water underground, a whole burial was found, where the remains of unique ancient animals are now located. At the same time, the divers also found the skeleton of a 15-year-old girl, which was established after an appropriate analysis.

Also, scientists have studied the bones of three giant sloths, a large number of parts of the skeleton of saber-toothed cats, mountain lions, tapirs, bears and others.

Experts said that human bones have lain under the water column for about 13 thousand years. They are the earliest human skeleton in the United States. Scientists believe that such a unique find will be able to change the idea of how the first people at the end of the ice age adapted to live on the continent.
