Lytkarino motorists have recently been increasingly slowing down - even where there are no corresponding signs. Drivers from the Moscow Region meet something unusual on the road, and many of them believe that this is a real ghost - the spirit of the bride who died in an accident, to be more precise.
The other day, one of the Muscovites even managed to capture a phantom on a dash cam, having received solid proof of its existence.
It happened at night on the Lyubertsy-Lytkarino highway. Karina Dmitrieva accidentally recorded the phenomenon on video. An eyewitness with a shudder recalls the meeting with a woman dressed in white, who found herself on an empty dark road. According to Dmitrieva, she had never seen ghosts before, much less filmed them. At first, the Muscovite thought it was a film defect or a reflection of light in the lens, however, enlarging a mysterious object on the road, she was horrified: it was clearly a woman in a white robe. And the most interesting thing is that there is a story about such a phantom in modern Moscow folklore.
According to this urban legend, it was on the described section of the route that a major car accident happened in due time, in which a wedding cortege suffered. The groom managed to remain practically unharmed, but the bride, unfortunately, died. The girl loved her chosen one so much that, apparently, she could not leave this world, so her restless spirit in the form of a mysterious ghost still wanders along the road at night, trying in vain to find her lover.
The ghost may not be a dead bride, but a suicide
There is also another version. According to her, there was once a cemetery for suicides nearby, who, as you know, were buried separately from other dead and did not have a funeral service. It is possible that among these unfortunates there was also a young bride who, say, could not survive the death or betrayal of her beloved man, so she laid hands on herself, not even afraid that not a single pious Christian would pray for the peace of her soul.

Among local drivers, Lyubertsy-Lytkarino is called the “road of death”. This track, which has a length of about six kilometers, is notorious for the huge number of car accidents that occur on it. Numerous monuments, crosses and plaques on the roadside, called "the alley of the dead", are a tacit confirmation of this.
Those who are lucky enough to survive in such accidents often talk about a mystical black fog that suddenly appears in front of cars and significantly restricts the driver's view, thus provoking collisions, exit into a ditch and so on.
