Scientists received pictures taken by NASA's Opportunit rover, which partially answer the question "Is there life on Mars?" They depict the remains of a creature unknown to science.
Space researchers have studied in detail the new photos sent by the rover, which has been traveling on the red planet for about 12 years, and their opinions are divided. Some believe that the picture contains a fossil that was previously a representative of a class of arthropods, namely a shrimp. Others are inclined to resemble a frozen fragment with a scorpion due to the presence of tail remains.
However, skeptics are convinced that these hypotheses are unfounded, since this is far from the first time that people see what, though, and not what exists in reality. In previous photos, some were able to see the outlines of large fur-bearing animals, the skull of a lizard and even the remains of an alien baby. In turn, skeptics consider the imprinted object to be Martian stones, which have an unusual shape.
