When you hear the phrase "ancient pyramids" what kind of structures do you imagine? Most of you will definitely answer - the Great Egyptian Pyramids. In fact, very little is known about this building, located at the northern tip of modern Nice. So in terms of geometric dimensions, it was 50 meters in height, and the width of the base reached 200 meters.
The estimated date of the construction was 4000 years before our era. This indirectly testified to a developed civilization that existed before the arrival of the Roman legions on this territory and the establishment of the hegemony of Christianity.
But despite all this data, in the 1970s, they began to dismantle this structure for an official reason - an obstacle during the construction of another highway.

What is the real reason for the parsing, unfortunately, is unknown, we can only speculate.
