Interestingly, the alliance among the Illuminati is falling apart, and now the Dragons have betrayed everyone. Essentially, the Parents opposed all 13 bloodlines below them. Now they have their own grouping. Apparently, some of the 21 Parents are tired of immortality and do not want to live anymore. They have one way to die: severing the brainstem from the neck. This is demonstrated in the movie Highlander, where you chop off a man's head and absorb his energy. So the Dragons program led to the creation of the Illuminati.
EVERYTHING THEY DO REQUIRES OUR CONSENT
Now people will say: “Wait a minute, if they want to deceive us, why are they talking about everything they do? Why are they making all these films? " This is a very important point. Magic requires them to tell us what they are doing. Enslaved can only become enslaved by their free will. GLOBAL GALACTIC LEAGUE OF NATIONS, MILITARY AND DARK FLEET
Then we have the Global Galactic League of Nations. This is something like a UN in space. Then there is the Military group. As we have now found out, in essence, the Global Galactic League of Nations includes several subgroups. The Military faction acts as a police force and logistical support for other factions. Finally, there is the Dark Fleet. This group is commanded by Dragons, this is where we can see the Reptilians. You can also see mantis people, insect people. There are also people working with them, dressed in black uniforms similar to the Nazis. They are very belligerent and arrogant.
THE GUARDIANS OF THE SUN COLLAPSE, ARRIVAL OF THE ALLIANCE OF THE SPHERES
The very first group was the Sun Guardians. Their technology is no newer than ours from the early 1980s. It is still excellent, but less advanced than the technology of other factions. They broke up. They are tired of being treated like mushrooms - kept in the dark and fed with all kinds of nonsense. Now the Sun Guardians have united with new creatures that have appeared in our solar system. New creatures possess technology that is ahead of everything we know until now. We are talking about spheres that in some cases have the size of the planet Jupiter.
FIRST AREA ARRIVED UNDER THE REGAN ADMINISTRATION
One of the spheres arrived in the solar system in the 1980s and was the size of the planet Neptune. Then my insider Pete Peterson was in the Reagan administration. Everyone literally went crazy watching the huge ball enter. He circled Pluto, circled Neptune, circled Uranus and headed for Saturn. The sphere was, of course, camouflaged, but easily detected with the technology then available. In the end, the representatives of the SSP came face to face with the sphere. MUCH MORE SPHERES HAVE APPEARED IN 1998

AT THE END OF 2011, 26 UNDERGROUND FACILITIES WERE OUTLETED THROUGH THE PORTAL
In August 2011, a certain higher intelligence brought through the portal, as far as we know, about 26 underground structures. Apparently, the creatures in them were first transferred to safety. Then, after all the people had been pulled out and the equipment had been removed, the buildings and the surrounding area were literally blown up by some kind of difference in air pressure. APPROXIMATE CALCULATION OF THE ASCENT DATE
In a year and a half, it will be August 2016.
DW: This is the best estimate, based on many different factors, none of which is fully disclosed. Everything could have happened somewhere between the end of the summer of 2016, through 2017 and by 2018. Again, you cannot stake out a window. But if we go back to Tibet, there are reports of yogis flying through the air like flocks of birds. They are capable of imprinting a hand or foot into a stone. They can make the stone liquid and leave a wonderful foot or hand print on it. Again, for this you need to meditate all the time and have only loving thoughts.
WHO WILL RISE?
This does not mean that you should be particularly adept at meditation. To go this far is the Olympiad of spirituality. The Law of One, where I truly believe you can find the truth, says you should serve people 51%. It means being a positive, loving and forgiving person. You can be 49% selfish, manipulative, jealous, insidious, and controlling and still go through ascension. Therefore, ascension is not something that only the elite will go through. Drinking, eating hallucinogenic mushrooms, or smoking cigarettes from time to time doesn't mean you won't be able to make it through ascension. It's not like that at all. It counts how you treat people and what thoughts pass through your mind.
WHAT ABOUT THE PETS?
DC: That brings us to Alison's question at the beginning of the show. What will happen to our smaller brothers - cats, dogs and horses?
DW: I learned something interesting from one of the new insiders. When human beings leave through a portal in time forward, there is something sometimes called a zero time standard.
THE STANDARD OF ZERO TIME
The energy body is anchored in the physical body at the moment of conception. If you move the physical body forward in time, it will automatically age or rejuvenate to the age it would have at that time in history. Therefore, if you want to move a person in time in order to move him, you will have to change the zero time standard. This change requires advanced alien technology. You can't just do it.
As an example, let's say you are walking through a natural stargate. There are many vortex points on Earth where the stargates open at the proper planetary alignments at the right time of the year. In this case, you can travel, say, 300 years into the future. What will happen? You will very quickly become a decrepit old man or an old woman and die if you do not have the ability to shift the zero time standard. The funny thing is that only recently I learned that animals do not have a zero time standard. You can move them into the future, and there they will live their lives beautifully.
DINOSAURS THROUGH THE PORTAL TRAVELED IN OUR TIME AND SPACE
For example, the Loch Ness monster was a plesiosaur. Many cases have been recorded of how lake monsters or pterodactyls swam or flew into the portal and ended up in our time. Those we call the Cabal, the Illuminati or the military-industrial complex took them aboard an advanced ship that we would think of as a UFO. In the early 1970s, I was told that they took Nessie away. They removed Nessie from Loch Ness. They picked up many of the monsters that passed through the portal and placed them in various structures.
