As the official website of the Philadelphia government reports, the city administration is using sonic weapons against its citizens. However, officials targeted not all residents of Philadelphia, but mainly teenagers whom the city government decided to expel from parks in the evening.

The TFTP editors, having learned this news, frankly, were slightly stunned. We, like everyone else, knew about the existence of such installations for control of riots by the police, however, that such devices should be used on an ongoing basis !?

We initially thought it was all fake CNN news or something. However, unfortunately, in the course of further investigation, we found out that this is not a fake or someone's joke. This is a very real fact of the use of torture devices against young people in the United States. Moreover, on an ongoing basis.

The device, we quickly found out, is called the Mosquito and it is installed in at least 30 city parks throughout Philadelphia.

The Mosquito is not new and was well covered in the New York Times back in 2005. This is how the newspaper describes the device:

Thus, in the "Mosquito", apparently, a special frequency was selected that adults cannot hear due to age-related changes in the hearing aid. Nevertheless, children and adolescents can hear the sound well.

The machine is technically designed to prevent street riots and has a range of 130 feet. However, a network of such devices can easily cover an area of a small park.

Maita Soukop of the Philadelphia Department of Parks and Recreation released the following statement from the local ABC subsidiary (link also contains addresses from 31 Mosquito installations):

Promotional video:

In addition to the high-frequency sound, which one local resident claims makes her ears wildly sore, the Mosquito towers are equipped with CCTV cameras to “prevent vandalism of expensive devices”.

Mass lawsuits over hearing injuries after police broke up demonstrations have led many countries to ban the use of devices like the Mosquito, which has been found to be "capable of causing permanent hearing damage in young children."

Nevertheless, the government of Philadelphia is actively using the Mosquito, simultaneously committing acts of social and racial discrimination: the devices are installed in park areas only in the poorest urban areas.

At the same time, as it turns out, not everyone in the Philadelphia government supports such an initiative - especially in light of the fact that one tower costs $ 5,000. Philadelphia City Councilor Helen Gim bluntly called the device a "sonic weapon" and also stated:

Nine years ago, the Council of Europe demanded to ban Mosquito, stating that:

Other critics of the project also agree with this definition. Dan Dix of Press for Truth argues that the use of such weapons is in direct violation of the 1977 Geneva Conventions and must be eliminated immediately. In the video below, Dicks details the use of these prohibited devices against Philadelphia youth:

The problem must be urgently drawn to the attention of the entire public, since this is already a typical Orwellian incident. Today, governments are using biological (vaccines, GMOs) and sound weapons against people, but what will happen tomorrow? Will the authorities start using weapons of mass destruction against us?
