The area where the alleged UFO was sighted almost five decades ago, according to the Americans, was used by the USSR for testing experimental missiles and laser weapons systems. A recently declassified CIA report reveals an alleged UFO encounter that occurred at the height of the Cold War in Kazakhstan in 1973. Then he was part of the Soviet Union.
