An unusual phenomenon was caught on a CCTV camera in Salt Lake City, Utah (USA). The video (see below) was posted by the paranormal YouTube channel "The Hidden Underbelly 2.0".
The video was filmed on June 16, 2019. Shooting is at night, so it is very dark in the frame, but the recording is clear enough and you can make out what's what.
The video shows how a dark haze suddenly appears on the roadway near the pillar, which quickly turns into a person.
Or a humanoid alien - this figure looks too strange from some angles.
A person or an alien seems to be wearing something like a cloak and he walks a little bent and stretched forward.
This figure walks with a quick wide step to the side of the road, bypasses the bushes and walks along the sidewalk. And after a couple of seconds everything disappears in the same dark haze.
Netizens argue whether this is a camera shooting defect or whether a time traveler / alien was caught on the camera, leaving the portal and disappearing into it.
