I have already reported this UFO, it was filmed over the Arctic Ocean by the ocean near a very rich diamond mine. This observation was taken from my site in 2012 by unknown hackers, but I soon posted it again. (read about this event at the very bottom of the post). This is again 100% the same type of UFO, again captured above the water, and again with rays of light below it. An eyewitness told me that he received this photo from a friend of a friend who was hunting deer on the Missouri River.
The attached photo was so intriguing that I had to send it to MUFON to see if anyone else had seen the same objects. According to the person I got this photo from, a friend and another guy were returning to the boat after a day of deer hunting along the Missouri River. The sun was approx. 15 hours. By looking at the bottom of the clouds in the figure, you can tell that the sun is reflecting off the bottom of the cloud. It might just be a very steep reflection of the sun from the water, but it was difficult for me to explain the chevron-shaped group of lights above the cloud, and the rays of light that diverge and converge too evenly under it, which seems to be the sun shining in the clouds. Note that the rays appear to be bouncing off the river. Apparently, this event only lasted a few seconds and immediately disappeared, but I did not speak to the person,who personally took the photo. I'm not sure if the person who photographed would be willing to talk to anyone about this, but I could ask if you would like more information on this event.

Arctic. Some people call it a wormhole or portal to other dimensions, however, it looks like a massive UFO that has three beams of light descending from the sky. This photo was taken at the Dyvik diamond mine in the Arctic. It is said that the photo was taken outside, and many of the employees working there came out to look. I don't believe aliens are interested in diamonds, but there may be other material they are interested in nearby. Also, the Arctic Ocean will be a great place for an underwater base.
