6. Magic exercises for controlling the elements.

6.1. Exercises on the element of fire.

6.1.1. You need to take a five-liter plastic bottle, cut out the bottom, remove the cap from the bottle. And put a lighted candle there on a plate. Now nothing will affect the candle, and it should burn evenly. Next, you need to sit at a distance of 2-5 meters on a chair, keep your back straight and try to influence the candle flame in three ways. The first way - you direct energy from the first center, which is located under the thymus gland. The second way - you try to influence the flame with your eyes. The third method is trying to influence the flame with the palm of your hand. First you have to make the candle flame vibrate, change the direction, the height of the candle flame. With this exercise you will learn how to interact with the element of fire. Before starting the exercise, you need to talk to the element of Fire and ask her to cooperate with you, and then do the exercise.

6.1.2. Create an energy ball between your palms, compact it and pump energy into it, and then throw this ball into a lighted candle at a distance of 4-5 meters, while you must extinguish the flame.

6.1.3. It is necessary to take a laser pointer and a night light with a photocell (when it gets dark, such a night light turns on automatically). Fix it all on the PCB plate, opposite each other. On the eye of the night light photocell. Of course, the night light must be connected to a 220 V network. Place a piece of PCB on the eye of the night light photocell and make the smallest hole in it, micron. Insert the cap with the smallest hole on the laser pointer. You need to adjust it this way (you have to do it in the dark) so that the laser beam accurately hits this hole and turns off the night light. Moreover, keep in mind that the laser beam is very dangerous for the eyes, you can get blind, you should never look into it and direct it at any of the people or animals. And when you deflect the laser beam in the dark, the night light will turn on.

6.1.4. You need to take two digital thermometers with a clock. Place them side by side at a distance of 0.5 meters and put something between them to shield them from each other. Check which one each shows. Eliminate drafts in the room where you are. And you can just as well place them in plastic bottles. And start changing the temperature on one of the thermometers, and then lower the temperature. And it is advisable to record all this on a computer using a webcam, for analysis and accuracy of exercise performance.

6.2. Exercises on the element of air.

6.2.1. You need to find a place in nature where no one can disturb you. It is better, of course, to sit down, the back should always be straight for all exercises. Relax a little and talk with the element of air, ask to cooperate with you. And then direct the air to your face and regulate this flow, then also to the back. When you are already good at this, start creating a swirl of air not far from you, 3 = 5 meters away, and then a small tornado.

6.2.2. Choose a calm weather, so that there is no wind, there were clouds in the sky and they stood calmly. Choose a cloud and start slowly stirring it across the sky in different directions. When you master it, start mixing several clouds at once. Later, learn to create a program the next day - cloudless or cloudy sky. Just don't get too carried away, everything must be done wisely and carefully.

6.2.3. You need to create a vertical pillar of energy in order to make it rain. The stronger the energy column, the stronger the rain will be. It is necessary to limit the area (area) of rain exposure in advance. And always be aware of what you are doing!

6.4. Exercises on the element of water.

6.4.1. Take 3 plastic bottles, 5 liters each.

Cut off the neck first so that it would be possible to stably insert another second bottle with the neck down, and cut a hole at the bottom of the second bottle so that water can be poured. Make a very small hole in the lid of the second bottle so that the water from this bottle flows out slowly in a very thin stream. Pour from the third bottle into the second. And we sit down opposite, turn to the element of water and ask her not to object to our work. And we are trying to deflect this thin stream of water in different directions. You can make an LED backlight for better visibility.

6.5. Exercises on the elements of the earth.

6.5.1. You need to take a digital multimeter and an exemplary resistance. The resistance can be put in a box and stuffed with cotton wool. And then you need to change the resistance of this resistor, increase and then decrease it. You can also take a glass jar and put something of your choice in it. Stick the ends of the multimeter wires into this jar of substance, and measure its readings, and then try to change them by acting on one of the elements, earth or water.

6.5.2. Take the hourglass. Two pieces, preferably the same. Check how they work, and take those in which sand flows faster. Put them at a distance of 0.5 meters from each other and try to slow down the speed of the outflow of sand, in different ways, changing the structure of the sand, its fluidity and various other properties. So that the sand flow time in it was much longer than in the first one.

6.6. Time management exercises.

6.6.1. Take a digital watch with a large display, in the amount of two pieces, preferably one brand. Calibrate them so that they show the same time synchronously … And check how long it takes them to make a difference, say, 3 seconds. Then you put them at a distance of 0.5 meters from each other, sit down opposite and begin to slow down time by one clock. When you get good results, try slowing down time. Then try to slow down the time on one watch at the same time, and speed up the time on the other.

6.6.2. Remember that by speeding up time for yourself and for yourself, you shorten your life. You must always be careful when applying your knowledge and skills. 220 volts is also life threatening! So you always need to be aware of what and how, and why you are doing it.
