From childhood, from folk tales, everyone remembers about living water, which has unusual, healing properties. As it turned out, fabulous legends are not at all far from reality. And the properties of water do not fit into the encyclopedic characteristics of that hydrogen oxide, the formula of which is known to everyone. To date, a lot is known about water. And what is known already allows us to speak of it as a substance with the most anomalous properties on Earth. Or it may turn out that the water did not reveal even half of its features and characteristics.

Water plays a special role in human life. The human body consists of more than half of water, water maintains intracellular pressure, plays the role of a solvent and medium for intracellular chemical reactions, a thermoregulator and performs a number of other important functions. Life exists on Earth only thanks to the unusual physical and chemical properties of water. A person needs an average of 2 liters of water per day. Water quality is very important to health.

It is known that many harmful substances can accumulate in the body. Even if the water contains harmful substances in very small concentrations, then, being deposited in bones, in fatty tissues day after day, their amount will gradually reach such a limit when they begin to show their toxic properties. Therefore, even the smallest amount of pollutants contained in drinking water will sooner or later affect the state of human health.

Tap water carries several classes of pollutants. Due to the use of chlorination as a method of disinfection, the water contains organochlorine substances formed as a result of the interaction of chlorine with organic substances contained in the water. There are still controversies over the formation of hazardous polychlorinated dibenzodioxins and dibenzofurans as a result of water chlorination, which are superior in toxicity to the famous curare poison. Most likely, they are still formed.

With the use of mass spectrometry (a sensitive method for the identification of chemical compounds), more than 50 chlorine-containing organic substances are detected in tap water. Chloroethane, trichlorethylene, chlorophenol, carbon tetrachloride and other substances found in tap water, even in small and trace concentrations, are not a gift for a living organism. The water supplied to the water treatment contains heavy metal ions. After various stages of purification, water may contain residual concentrations of iron and aluminum compounds, which are used in reagent purification.

Cast iron and steel pipes, copper and zinc parts of taps expand and complete the list of metals contained in drinking water. Sometimes the content of pollutants in water that has passed through the pipeline system and flowing out from the tap is higher than immediately after cleaning at water treatment facilities, precisely because of secondary pollution. Therefore, in the countries of Western Europe, water pipelines from polyethylene pipes are becoming more and more widespread.

One way or another, tap water for drinking needs, it is desirable to subject it to additional purification on filters. Science and technology have made great strides in water purification and are doing everything they can to make dead tap water live. The very first stage of cleaning is understood and known to everyone. This is the removal of suspended solids and pathogens. A guide to making such a simple filter can be found even in tips for a tourist or fisherman. To filter water from a reservoir, it is recommended to pass the water through a filter, which can be prepared from a plastic bottle, where washed coals from a fire are poured onto a layer of cotton wool, then another layer of cotton wool and a layer of sand. This problem is solved in a similar way at the water treatment plant.

The next most difficult stage is the removal of solutes. It is much more difficult and more expensive to extract organic and inorganic substances dissolved in water than suspended impurities, therefore, at this stage, the most modern achievements of science are used in the manufacture of filters. Porous ceramics, fibrous sorbents, ion-exchange materials, activated carbons saturated with silver compounds, carbon fabrics that allow you to remove almost everything from water have become not so rare in household filters.

However, the race for four nines after the decimal point in the degree of water purification revealed one interesting feature. Strongly softened and demineralized water leads to no less serious diseases than hard water with a high salt content. Total cleaning does not impart living properties to water.

Any factor from the environment has some kind of middle ground, some kind of range in which a person feels comfortable. Temperature, humidity, light, electromagnetic field: it is equally bad for a person if these factors have a very high or very low value. So it is with the salt content of water: an excess of calcium salts, like a deficiency, entails disastrous consequences for the body. Excessively soft water, according to the findings of Japanese scientists, who were the first to notice this pattern, increases the frequency of strokes.

Statistical data turned out to be interesting, according to which, with an increase in the calcium content in drinking water by 25 mg / l, mortality decreases by about 50 people per 100,000 inhabitants. Death rates from cardiovascular diseases in cities with hard water are on average 25% lower than in cities with soft drinking water. The most striking example of replacing soft water with hard water was given by doctors from Monroe County (Florida). In this district, the water supply from surface sources with a hardness of 0.5 mg / l was replaced by water from underground sources with a water hardness of 220 mg / l. Within four years after this replacement, mortality from cardiovascular diseases in the district fell by half.

An impressive example. When looking at the reverse side of the coin, it turned out that excessive water hardness leads to heart attacks. Therefore, it is difficult to determine the norm of calcium content in water, since doctors of different directions have their own views on this issue. Optimal calcium intake numbers range from 150 to 1100 mg per day (higher during pregnancy and lactation). Perhaps this is the valid range. It turns out that when calculating the intake of calcium in the body, it is necessary not only to look at its content in water, but also at the diet, as well as the content of magnesium, a metal that works in close conjunction with calcium.

But the presence of the optimal range for calcium, magnesium and other elements did not stop the developers of treatment systems. Various ion-exchange materials, allowing to take some ions from water and saturate the water with others, made it possible to make a solution of the desired substances of any desired concentration from the water being purified. Selenium, iodine, magnesium, silver, fluorine - everything that a person needs, the whole complex of trace elements can be introduced through the use of ion-exchange materials. It would seem that here he is a close success to obtaining life-giving water. But this was not enough.

More and more often in scientific publications, messages began to flash that water has a crystalline structure, i.e. is not a collection of chaotically moving molecules, but an ordered, hexagonal, molecular structure. This structure has a kind of memory and can carry certain information.

Such structured water mainly exists in nature, in water bodies, underground, and is formed when ice melts. In the human body, water is also in a structured state. Water, on the other hand, undergoing water treatment, boiling, chlorination, moving through pipes under pressure, experiences turbulent, chemical, thermal effects and loses its ordered structure.

Such water can be called dead water. It does not have the therapeutic properties of living structured water. It turns out that by using tap water, we fill our body with dead water, which, perhaps, takes years of our life away from us. It is believed that the highlanders have an enviable longevity precisely due to the use of melted glacial water, which has an ordered structure and, accordingly, healing properties.

After establishing the crystalline properties of water, attempts were made to transform dead water into living water by freezing. For the purpose of health improvement, it was recommended to drink melt water, which after defrosting acquires an ordered structure. With the receipt of new scientific data, the technology of freezing became more complicated. It was recommended to throw out the first crust of ice and drain the small amount of water remaining after the freezing of the main volume, because the crust and the residue include water molecules with tritium and protium - radioactive isotopes of hydrogen.

But you don't always have time to run to the fridge freezer and watch for the formation of an ice crust in a plastic bottle. Therefore, I had to look for methods that are easier to use. It turned out that the healing properties of dead water can be restored by placing it in a magnetic field. Magnetic filters began to be produced, which returned water to its original crystalline structure. And so the last stage of water purification today was the installation of a magnetic funnel in the filter tap, flowing through which the water acquires a crystalline structure.

Thus, the modern filter for the preparation of living drinking water has gone through several stages of improvement. It began to include a complex of devices and materials, flowing through which water undergoes complex purification. Initially, there should be a tough filter, a ceramic cartridge to retain large impurities.

The second stage of cleaning can be a carbon cartridge, which retains organic chlorinated compounds and other harmful impurities. Sometimes coal is saturated with silver compounds, which give a decontamination effect. Then ion-exchange materials are installed, passing through which the water gets rid of metal impurities and is saturated with the desired beneficial elements. Well, the last stage of the transformation of dead water into living water is the passage of a magnetic funnel or swirler. But that was not all.

Quite recently, with the international cooperation of scientists from different countries, studies were carried out to study the effect of the information fields of water acquired by it upon contact with the ground on the human condition. The most sophisticated sensitive equipment made it possible to reveal the difference in the properties of water in contact with the ground and water that does not have such a connection. The condition of the volunteers who took part in the research and consumed the "grounded" water significantly improved after four to five weeks of the experiment. At that, the emotional state of a person changed, aggressiveness disappeared and positive qualities appeared in the foreground.

How the manufacturers of purification equipment will respond to the results of such studies, how much the filter for water purification will become more complicated, and whether living water will finally be created - we can only guess. Indeed, it all looks very much like a fairy tale about dead and living water. But even from such a tale, a simple conclusion can be drawn; you need to monitor and protect your health.

And clean drinking water will largely help to cope with this task. You should not treat the quality of drinking water with disdain and skepticism. You cannot, with a wave of your hand, argue that how much is measured, I will live as much, and neglect elementary care for my health and at the same time eat and drink everything. The human body, indeed, like a furnace, will accept any food and will work on any water, but, as the eastern sages say, throwing anything into this furnace, we can burn years of life there, reducing our time on Earth by 30-50 years from the deadline set for us.
