It is known that reports of unidentified flying objects are not limited to the mere statement of the appearance of a UFO in a particular area, a description of the shape of the observed object and the characteristic features of its flight. Most of the messages most often refer to the color and light emitted by UFOs. Observers do not spare epithets to describe this effect. And the most common, perhaps, can be considered the following: "silver", "silver-metallic", "chrome", "mirror", "glowing", "bright blue", "glowing", "orange", "blue", "Bluish green" and so on.
Along with this, messages often mention a sequential change in the color of the object's glow. Comparing the testimony of many eyewitnesses, an interesting conclusion can be drawn: the luminosity of a UFO depends on some specific conditions created by the apparatus itself. There are five main gradations of color and luminosity of Unidentified Flying Objects:
1.metal color, 2.soft glow, 3. iridescent color of the glow, 4.bright white glow, 5. multicolor UFOs.

When describing multi-colored UFOs, mention is made either of the simultaneous emission of several colors, or their successive change. For example, orange to fluorescent green, or white to yellow and then blue and green, or dazzling white to red in the subject. There are many reports of UFOs emitting multiple colors at the same time, with different parts of the object being painted in different colors. Here the following combinations are most often mentioned: blue, green and orange colors; yellow-orange with blue-green edges; very bright with a glowing top and a dark bottom; red-green-striped coloration; constant transition from a red and white top to a blue glowing bottom.
