On April 13-15, 2018, the 31st annual conference of American ufologists called Ozark Mountain UFO Conference was held in Eureka Springs (Arkansas).
There were many performances on various topics, including a fresh story about meeting with the "boy with black eyes". An eyewitness from Texas named Michael shared this story with researcher Nick Redfern at the same conference.

Michael's story was not much different from the usual stories about meetings with "Children with Black Eyes", but each such story shows that the phenomenon does not subside and works as if according to some pre-arranged scheme.
Michael's story took place in the summer of 2014 in his hometown of Wimberley, Texas. At about 11.15 pm, someone knocked on the door of Michael's private house.
Michael wasn’t expecting anyone so late, so he cautiously walked to the door and peered through the peephole. A very thin teenager was standing on the porch, dressed in a black T-shirt and jeans. Michael opened the chain door and asked what the boy needed. The child stood with his head lowered and spoke, continuing to keep his head down. He asked for food and some money.
All this looked strange and Michael suddenly felt a strong anxiety and even a threat to his life. But deep down, he still hoped it was some kind of teenage joke. He told the child that he was very sorry, but he would not give him anything.

At that moment, the boy raised his head and looked Michael in the eyes and Michael saw that his eyes were deep black. Michael also noticed that the teen's hair was so messy and ridiculous that it looked like a wig, and his eyebrows looked like they were drawn with a felt-tip pen.
After that, the boy turned around and walked away from the house, where he quickly disappeared from sight. Trembling with fear, Michael quickly closed the door. He thought that the teenager could check if anyone was at home and act in concert with the robbers, but his strange black eyes were knocked out of this scheme.
After this story, Michael began to search Google for similar cases and suddenly discovered the phenomenon of "children with black eyes", where many stories were similar to his case.
Having become very interested in this phenomenon, Michael began to study all available cases, and this year he came to a ufological conference to try to find answers to his questions from other researchers.
Michael's story is similar to that of many paranormal researchers. Once faced with the mysterious and incomprehensible themselves, they begin to plunge into this world and look for people like them. And if earlier there were relatively few ufologists, now there are hundreds of them all over the world and with the help of conferences and the Internet it is easy for them to exchange theories and information among themselves.
Michael spent some time with researcher Redfern and told him that he had even developed his own theory of who the Black Eyed Children were. This theory was pushed by his wig hair and strange, as if drawn, eyebrows.
But what if you mentally imagine this strange child with black eyes, no hair and no eyebrows? It's amazing how much it will be in this case similar to the classic type of "gray" aliens! Especially given their short stature.
