The UFO sighting in the evening of September 27, 1989 in Voronezh is unique in that it was officially reported by TASS. The published facts also caused a sensation in the Western media. Children playing soccer in the park and dozens of adults at the bus stop witnessed.

Then the creatures turned and slowly entered their apparatus. The ship rose above the ground and took off, rapidly gaining speed, and an unharmed boy immediately appeared in the park. In the park, there are traces of a landing in the form of a poplar bent due to a collision with an object, crushed grass and depressions from the four legs of the aircraft, located in the shape of a diamond.
As further studies showed, electronic clocks and devices on this "diamond" were zeroed, that is, they showed only the number "zero". An important detail in the description of the UFO was the fact that, according to the drawings of the children, a sign similar to the Russian letter "Ж" was depicted on board.
