Radar heats up the ionosphere and magnetosphere in a special way, which then leads to heating of the upper atmosphere, which can form cyclones or anticyclones, storms and hurricanes. It is with the work of HAARP that the prolonged heat in Moscow in the summer of 2010 is associated. The blocking anticyclone was over the Russian capital for over a month. The hot air column reached a height of five kilometers. Similar anomalies occur in nature, but their duration is usually several days. Forecasters have never recorded such a phenomenon.
