How often do we say this phrase: "The soul hurts, the soul is restless …" What does this mean? We asked to explain a specialist in soul and spirit - the Slavic sorceress Diva Moroz

Imagine this picture: a horse is riding with a rider on it. This is our body … a horse. And on it … no, not a soul. Our Spirit. Our life is a horse's path from point A to point B. What is Spirit, you ask?

This is not a dying spark of God, which has the ability to reincarnate and is completely independent of the body. Spirit is a creative substance that gains experience for full functioning. To do this, he needs to be present in the physical layer of the universe in order to replenish and realize his potential. Incarnating into a body, he, the Spirit, himself chooses a set of qualities inherent in a given person, and even his physical parents.

The spirit knows what it wants and where its final destination, however, does not always move in a straight line. If the Spirit has an accurate vision of the goal, we observe people a little “out of this world”: they know from birth what they want to become, for them ideas are more important than human relationships. They don't really look at their physical "skin": it doesn't matter to them how they look, what they eat, where they live, and by what means … Great scientists, brilliant artists and intellectuals of various fields are usually distinguished by a strong Spirit.

The Spirit Rider sees the target and begins to spur the "body-horse". Even if she wants to eat, sleep, and looks at the fillies running past, the rider does not let her be distracted. If the horse is strong, it will in its own way resist a straightforward movement towards the goal. If the "horse" is weak, then it, urged on by the Spirit, will run without stopping - but halfway to the final goal it may fall apart. If the Spirit is not so purposeful and strong, it most often does not cope with the human body and its needs - and it turns out a person with purely animal instincts. About such we say: he has "nothing sacred"! That is why at all times the harmonious development of the personality was especially appreciated. Remember - “a healthy mind in a healthy body”? Folk wisdom, you know …

WHERE IS THE SOUL?

The Soul is the point of contact between Spirit and Body. They collide here. Those who have ridden a horse know that during the movement the rider beats against the horse. Here is our soul, the one that "hurts" - a product of the contact of the divine spark and the human body. If the spirit and body are in solidarity, the soul is calm and joyful. The contact of the divine creative plan does not inflict on the physical body. The soul is calm. If the intentions of the spirit do not coincide with the desires of the body, an imbalance occurs: contact changes the quality and the person experiences anxiety, fears, and causeless discomfort. And then the soul begins to suffer, and we say "the soul hurts." Our body lives according to rather primitive laws, and it tries to drown out this pain with the most accessible means: alcohol, abundant food, spree.

HOW TO HEAL A SICK SOUL?

You need to look for a medicine not in food or alcohol. In useful activities. Helping people. You need to direct your body-horse to where the Spirit strives, our creativity. And everyone has it! We are all creators. Creating is not just about writing poetry or painting. It means taking a creative, conscious and loving approach to any job. Do what makes you feel good and calm. Someone's spirit will demand to delve into the study of the laws of the universe, and someone else - to help homeless animals or lonely old people. Try, look for yourself, start creating your own life at the behest of your soul and … it will stop hurting! Trust me!
