Ancient artifacts, which simply could not be created by people of that distant era, or civilization as such at that time did not exist at all, according to the statements of our scientists, academicians, remain one of the unsolvable mysteries for modern science.

There were no people or they were primitive, and there are artifacts that we cannot repeat even with the current level of technology development. And there are a lot of them.

These mysterious finds can be safely attributed to the fantastic round holes in the stone that archaeologists find all over the Earth. It is officially believed that they were made by the ancient inhabitants of these places, and by hand. But it is not specified - how? Moreover, some of these holes are very deep, and therefore there is a doubt that they can be drilled without the use of special equipment and rather high technologies.

But if the round holes in the stone can be somehow "pulled by the ears" to the handwork of ancient masters, then the Norwegian find in 2007 completely destroys this far-fetched version. In November of that year, in the small Norwegian town of Volda, during construction work, mysterious stone holes in the shape of a star were discovered (see photo). One shape of this star with seven regular rays is literally astounding: how can you carve such a perfect hole in a stone?

However, scientists were waiting for another sensation - the star hole turned out to be through, it penetrates the rock strictly horizontally by 4 meters. In our time, there is still no technology or equipment to create such a hole in the stone, while the ancient people allegedly had it.

"Star of the Wold", as the researchers dubbed this fantastic hole, still excites the minds of scientists, because there is no reasonable explanation for it, and academic science simply "has no right" to believe in aliens. This is a paradox: on the one hand, everything seems to be clear, this is not the only artifact proving that representatives of more advanced civilizations visited our Earth, on the other, if we recognize this, then we need to revise not only the history of our civilization, but also much more.

Are we ready for this? Apparently not. This is proved not only by the reluctance of orthodox scientists to sacrifice even an inch of the postulates of science legitimized by them, but also by the blinkered consciousness of the bulk of people who, for this reason, are simply unable to perceive anything new. Chekhov's brilliant phrase "this cannot be, because this can never be" and a hundred years later remains relevant - perhaps the most convincing argument in any "scientific" dispute …
