Oakville Blobs is the general name for a strange jelly-like substance that fell from the sky during the rain in the American city of Oakville, Washington, on August 7, 1994.
The substance fell out in the form of numerous small gelatinous lumps.
Just a couple of days later, an unprecedented flu-like epidemic broke out in the city.
Almost all residents fell ill and it is natural that soon the disease was associated with the clots that fell out.
And when one of the residents obtained a sample of the fallen clot and sent it for laboratory analysis, they found leukocytes in its composition - white blood cells, moreover, human.
The city was sick for three months, and then the dropped out substance was finally interested in the Washington State Department of Health, which took samples of the substance for further analysis.
It was reported that these specialists later discovered two types of bacteria in the clots, one of which is found only in the human digestive system. They also stated that the human leukocytes in the clots had been stripped of their nuclei.

On the Internet, you can find some details about the very rain on August 7, but how true they are is difficult to say. It is reported that the rain mainly fell in the area of the Sunny Barcliffe farm and the inhabitants of this particular farm were the first to feel sick like the flu.
The first case was Sunny Barcliffe herself, and the second was her friend, they began to have severe dizziness with nausea and bouts of fatigue. Then Sunny was diagnosed with an inner ear infection. The United States Air Force has confirmed that they carried out a bombing exercise in the Pacific in August 1994, in an area 50 miles from Oakville, but they denied any involvement in the mysterious substance.
The residents of Oakville, however, were skeptical about this, as many of them said that on that day, before the rain, they repeatedly saw military aircraft in the sky.
According to specialist Mike Osweiler, these clots may have been simply the contents of an airplane toilet, but this theory was denied by experts from the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), who said that all commercial aircraft stain toilet fluids blue. The Oakville clumps were colorless.

According to the most popular version, the clots that fell out of the rain were jellyfish, which were disturbed by Air Force bombs in the Pacific Ocean. The remains of these jellyfish were allegedly picked up by strong winds and fell out with rain in the Oakville area.
