Researchers have found that dead water is mined in Lake Rakshas. Himalayan monks believe that it was created by the Titans as early as 20 thousand years BC. Locals believe that somewhere in the area of the lake there was an underground city in which the giants lived.

There is a hypothesis that under the silt layer at the bottom of the Rakshasa there are underground voids, in which there are ancient power plants that cause vortex flows.
