The teenager was horrified to find that his own unborn twin had been growing in his stomach for 18 years.
An 18-year-old young man made such a terrible discovery after suffering from severe abdominal pain for several months.
After a violent vomiting attack, Narendra Kumar was taken to hospital.
Doctors found 5 pounds of bone, 6.5 feet of hair, and teeth in the teen's stomach.
Kumar was diagnosed with a rare case of intrauterine development of twins, in which one fetus enters the other's body through the umbilical cord. Then he lives inside a person, as if he were rooting.

The unborn twin was removed from the Indian Kumar's body in a three-hour operation, during which doctors also discovered the bone structure of the chest and spine.
“The boy's belly was growing, but it went unnoticed for many years because his parents were not concerned about his health and doctors were unable to diagnose his condition early,” says Dr. Rajiv Singh, who did the horrible opening.
"From a technical point of view, the fetus was alive and grew in its body as metabolic activity."
The teenager is no longer in pain and is expected to be able to return to school soon.
“Now that it has been removed, I feel relieved. Now he can go back to school and live a healthy life,”said the boy's father, Prem Chandra.
