Anthony Choi claims he was chasing a strange blue humanoid on a freeway in Peru, writes sott.net
The paranormal researcher claims that he was able to capture an alien "humanoid" with a large, glowing blue head, levitating along the freeway.
Anthony Choi, who has been investigating UFO sightings for 25 years, says he and his team chased the creature after it appeared outside a gas station in Pachacamac, Peru, on August 22.
According to Choi and his witnesses, the creature was about half a meter tall, with red eyes and a head the size of a pumpkin. Its domed skull gave off a blue glowing fire.
When the creature entered the freeway, Choi claims, it was hit by a high-speed truck, but disappeared at the point of contact, dematerializing after the collision occurred.
Choi says that he believes the alien had the ability to teleport to avoid the moment of certain death.
Blurry footage captured by investigators does show a strange blue shape heading towards the highway before disappearing when a truck hits it.
“This creature is unique,” Choi said. "At first we thought it was a robot or a drone, but that was ruled out because it didn't make any noise, there was no motor or rotor."

Mr. Choi insists the footage is genuine, but admitted that skeptics accuse him of fake. At the same time, conspiracy theorists claim that the experience was recorded in the framework of the Blue Ray project.
Choi also reiterated his view that the world's major governments are unwilling to present the truth about extraterrestrial life that would threaten their power and could end life as we know it.
“The image is clear enough. This entity is not of this world. But for skeptics and authorities who do not share their secrets with underdeveloped countries, this could be advanced military technology,”Choi said.
