At the moment, doctors in the United States of America have registered about five hundred cases of Zika fever, but, according to experts, this infection was brought in from other regions of the planet. Now experts are in panic, they assume that in the very near future mosquitoes that carry the Zika virus will appear in the country.
Experts are not talking about any specific regions, in their opinion, the entire territory of the United States is under threat. If the experts' fears are confirmed, then the Americans expect the appearance of the two most dangerous species. One of which will be distributed in the southern states of the country, the other on the east coast. In connection with the spread of the global threat, the House of Representatives decided to allocate $ 622 million for the prevention of the fight against the disease. The White House does not agree with the allocated amount and demands $ 1.9 billion.
The first death was recorded as a result of Zika fever. It was recorded on the French island of Martinique, which is located in the Caribbean Sea.
