That day I was at home, doing my usual household chores, when suddenly … someone knocked on the door of my private mansion. I immediately remembered about the robberies of private houses, which were reported by the local media, and therefore I thought that the robber is checking in this way if there is anyone at home: he will knock, and he will hide and observe from somewhere. Since I work as the deputy director of one of the city's security firms, I have a good video surveillance system in my house, covering just the front door. I watched the last recording of the camera and … was horrified. The fact is that I did not find any robber in the video, but a strange shadow flashed on the brick wall at that time. I immediately thought about the ghost, and I felt a little scared …
Further, the journalists reported from the words of the British woman that she went to the neighbors in order to find out if someone had knocked on them in such a strange way, as if with hooligan intentions that teenagers often suffer. However, the neighbors did not notice anything of the kind, which is why the woman thought that the ghost, for some unknown reason, took a fancy to her house, and what to do now, she does not even know.
The fact is that the British woman lives in a mansion dating back to the Victorian era, and she moved here quite recently. And as soon as she moved, she immediately encountered some of the oddities of this house, for example, it seemed to her that the old building had somehow negatively affected her memory.
