The first goal is imaginary, ostentatious, it makes people accept something, and the second goal is real, and it will contribute to the tasks of establishing a new system. He often repeated: “But there is no other way, no other way! It looked like a kind of apology, especially at the end of some of the more controversial changes. For example, about the promotion of drug addiction (which will be discussed further).
Demographic control
He talked a lot about population and displacement control groups. In general, demographic control was the first specific topic after the introduction. He said that the population is growing too fast, and the number of people living on the planet must be limited - otherwise, there will simply be nowhere to live. We will eat more food than is produced and pollute the world with our waste.

People will not be allowed to have children just because they want to, or if a pregnancy occurs through negligence. Most families will have two children. Up to this point, the concept of "population control" for me was primarily associated with limiting the number of babies born. However, the remark that people would be “allowed” and others who followed made it clear that “population control” means much more than just birth control. This is control over every aspect of the activities of all mankind. A much broader sense of the term than I ever imagined. As you listen and reflect on what you hear, you begin to realize how some aspects intertwine with others in terms of managing human society.
Changing the purpose of sex
The next natural theme after population control was sex. He said, "Sex must be separated from reproduction." Sex is too much pleasure, and the instincts are too strong to expect people to give it up. Using chemicals in food and water to reduce your sex drive is impractical. Therefore, the strategy will be aimed not at reducing, but at increasing sexual activity, but in such a way that there are no children.
Contraception available to everyone
The first factor in this regard was contraception. Contraception will be very strongly encouraged, and in the minds of people it will have to be closely related to sex. At the very thought of sex, they will automatically think about contraception, and contraception will be widely available. In pharmacies, contraceptives will be displayed in such a way as to be conspicuous, along with cigarettes and chewing gum. They will be in plain sight, not under the counter so that people do not have to ask about them, ashamed that someone will hear their words. In this connection, clothing was also mentioned. The style of clothing will become more stimulating and provocative. 1969 saw the trend of mini-skirts that were very short and very revealing. [Day] said, “It's not the amount of exposed flesh that makes clothes sexually seductive. Often, other, more inconspicuous things lead to obscene thoughts."
For example, gait, cut of clothing, type of fabric and arrangement of accessories. "If a woman has an attractive body, why not show it?" - that was one of his motivations. He did not explain what exactly is meant by "provocative clothing", but if you trace how clothing has changed since then, it is obvious that jeans are now cut in such a way that they fit more closely to the crotch area. Wrinkles form, and the folds are essentially arrows that direct your attention to a specific anatomical area.
Around the same time, the "burn your bra" movement became popular. He noted that many women need to wear a bra to be more attractive, so that after the ban on bras and their burning, bras will return again. But they will be thinner and softer, and allow movement to be more natural. They weren't specifically told that, but of course the thin bra shows off the nipples more overtly than the heavy bras that were in vogue at the time.
Technology
He said that sex and reproduction will be divided. There will be sex without procreation, and with the help of technology, reproduction will do without sex. More and more women will have to work away from home. An increasing number of men will be transferred to work in other cities, and the work itself will require frequent travel. This makes it harder for families to stay whole.
Over time, this will make the marriage less stable and, therefore, the desire to have children will decrease. Large families will shrink and become more fragmented as well. For a while, moving will be made cheaper and more convenient, so that those who have to get to and from work for a long time, it seems that they can still return to the family, and so that they do not feel suddenly cut off from the family. But the result of simplified divorce procedures, combined with incentives for families to move and relocate from one city to another, will inevitably lead to family instability. If both spouses work, and one of them is transferred somewhere, then the other will either have to leave his job and move to a new place without guarantees of employment, or stay in the old place. A very devilish approach!
New, difficult to diagnose and incurable diseases
The professor said there will be new diseases that have never been seen before. They will be very difficult to diagnose and incurable - at least for a long time. And that if people are too lazy and stupid, and do not play sports, as expected, then fat metabolism will be disrupted and a predisposition to disease will arise. He also said that nutritional information would be widely available, but most people, especially stupid ones,who have no right to continue living at all will ignore this advice and just continue to eat what seems convenient and tasty. Something unpleasant was said about food, but I can't remember what exactly. It's a shame that I don't remember what [he] said about the dangerous and beneficial nutrients.
As for sports, an increasing number of people will do it, especially running, because anyone can run. This does not require any special equipment or space. You can run anywhere. As he put it, "people will run everywhere." In a similar vein, he observed that demand generates supply - and this was for sportswear and equipment. As [all] it becomes widely available and advertised - especially running shoes - it will stimulate people's interest in running and become part of a public awareness campaign. People will be encouraged to buy beautiful sports equipment and play sports. In the context of food, he also noted that the number of food service outlets will grow rapidly. And it will have to do with families. As more and more people eat out,that habit of eating at home at the family table will lose its significance.
And this, in turn, is due to the increasingly widely available convenience foods for instant cooking - the fact that you can shove them into the microwave. Whole sets of semi-finished dishes will appear. And, of course, we are already seeing this now.
But a change in approach to eating out and eating prepared at home from convenience foods was predicted even before it even began. Convenience foods for instant cooking will become risk factors. Anyone who is so lazy that they prefer convenience foods to their own food will have to "take their ass off the couch" to exercise. Because if a person is so lazy that they don't want to play sports or cook food for themselves, then they don't deserve to live long. All this was presented as some kind of moral judgment about people and how they should spend their energy. Those who are smarter, learn all about nutrients and will "look after themselves", exercise and eat right - such people will be considered more worthy, those who you wish to live longer.
Merging all religions into one
The next question was religion. And this was said by a convinced atheist. “Religion is not necessarily a bad thing. Many people need it - with its mysteries and rituals - and they will get it. But the major religions that exist today must be changed because they are not compatible with the changes to come. Old religions, especially Christianity, will have to become a thing of the past. As soon as the Roman Catholic Church falls, the rest of Christianity will immediately follow. And then in the whole world it will be possible to accept a new religion, which includes something from all the previous ones, in order to make it more acceptable and “our own”. But most people won't care. They will think they don’t need it.”
Bible Editing by Changing Key Words
And for this purpose the Bible will be changed. It will be rewritten to fit the new religion. Gradually, the keywords in it will be replaced by new ones with different semantic shades. At first, the meaning assigned to the new word will be close to the old one - but over time, other semantic shades of this word will be strengthened … And then one word will gradually be replaced by another. I don’t know if I’m explaining clearly, but the idea is that it is not necessary to rewrite the entire Holy Scripture. You just need to replace some keywords with others. The ambiguity attached to any word can later be used as a tool to change the meaning of all Holy Scripture, and thereby make it suitable for this new religion. The Church will help us

Restructuring education as a tool of suggestion
Education was another topic of discussion. In the context of education and, keeping in mind what he said about religion, continuing his words about changing the Bible, he added that the changes will also affect classical literature. In my opinion, he cited the work of Mark Twain as an example. But he noticed that the casual reader reading the modified version of the books of this classic will not even notice the changes made. To do this, you have to go through the entire work, word by word, in order to recognize that some changes have taken place. And the purpose of these changes will be to help in the adoption of the new system.
Control over those who have access to information
