The fate of the artifacts, whose age dates back to the XIII-XIV centuries, is predetermined for the near future - they have been sent for research to the Historical Museum of Phetchabun Province.

The year has just begun, and archaeologists are already delighting us with their findings. Recently, information was leaked to the press about unique artifacts, presumably of the XIII-XIV centuries, found in the Wat Mahathat temple near Bangkok.

According to Visalin Jaze Ai, head of the Department of Culture of Phetchabun Province (located near the capital of Thailand), the find consists of gold plates engraved with inscriptions in Thai. Scientists are working hard on decoding, but we can already say with confidence that we are talking about events 600-700 years ago.

The discovery of such ancient objects on the grounds of Wat Mahathat bears witness to the long and rich history of this holy place, which makes it especially valuable for both the Buddhist community and tourists from all over the world.
