The find in question is over 85 years old. At the site of an ancient burial site in Paracas, one of the provinces of Peru, the remains of people with unusual elongated skulls about 3000 years old were found, which have not been found anywhere else on Earth.

All this time, the scientists did not stop arguing about who they belong to - people or representatives of another civilization. A thorough study of the features of the skulls and an initial analysis of the DNA of bones, hair and skin helped to bring the clue closer.

Geneticists who analyzed the skull revealed mutated DNA, unusual for living things that lived on Earth. Moreover, the DNA found does not match any known record in the genetic bank.

Compared to the skulls of living people, the found skulls are a quarter larger in volume and more than half as heavy. Another significant difference is the presence of not three, as we have, cranial plates, but only two - anterior and posterior.

After the discovery of geneticists, scientists are increasingly inclined to believe that the skulls found in the sands of the Peruvian desert most likely belong to representatives of a different civilization. According to some scientists, this assumption is confirmed by the mysterious images of long-headed humanoids on the Nazca plateau, which is located just two hours from the place of discovery.
