In the Dnieper River in the Smolensk region (Russia), something large and clearly alive was filmed. This was reported by the VK group "Important in Smolensk".
It is not specified when the video was taken, but judging by the snow in winter or early spring. A floating object is very difficult to identify. At the same time, it does not look like a fish or any mammal.
There were suggestions in the comments to the video that this is a catfish, but in this case it is a catfish with an unusual tail, to which, moreover, something like small legs is attached. That is, it doesn't look like a typical catfish either.
At the beginning of the video, a voice-over voice of a woman is heard, saying "He really floats, look." “Something seems to move back and forth,” the man agrees with his friend. Before that, the authors of the video most likely thought that something inanimate was floating in the river, like a piece of garbage.
The video also describes that "this thing is quite healthy", although the exact size of the creature remained unknown, there are no objects near it with which it can be compared.
The contraption floats against the current, and on top of it is something like an icy crust. Also, the comments suggest that it might just be the corpse of a drowned man.
