Have you ever wondered who you are personally? The question is not what you think of yourself, but who you really are?

Now, if you think about this topic, try to take an impartial look at yourself from the outside and carefully observe, then what will we see? Who are we really? We often act automatically, but I would say not even often, but in most cases we act like that. It seems to us that we are in control of everything, but this is far from the case. Now I'm not even talking about some petty habits, but in general I am talking about cultural norms of behavior and decision-making in our society. I'm talking about all kinds of legends, rules, about the influence of certain "authoritative" personalities on the decisions we make and our actions.

A person is so constructed that he always knows everything "himself", but not everyone can give an answer to where this "himself" came from. Many of us do not want to be like everyone else, for our individuality and uniqueness are ready to join the battle, defending their "personal" interests … But the question is, how much these interests are really "personal", when did you last think about it and did you think at all? Probably many of you will agree that a person, to the extent of his understanding, "works" for himself, and to the extent of not understanding for those who understand more.

In fact, there is nothing wrong with living according to legends and reasoning according to authorities, but in everything there must be a measure, agree? Where is this line, crossing which our beloved-own "I" runs the risk of dissolving in an amorphous mass of socio-cultural values? Dear reader, do you see and feel this line?

I in no way urge you to ignore generally accepted values, many of them have evolved for centuries and should not be neglected at all, it may simply not be decent, it may hurt the feelings of other people, and in the worst case, it may entail a violation of the law, with all the ensuing negative consequences. I'm just saying that at the heart of our thinking, our actions, habits, are automatisms formed by society, the environment, including the cultural environment. You need to understand this, you need to know the mechanism of forming your own personality. As Kozma Prutkov said: "Many things are not clear to us, not because our concepts are weak, but because these things are not included in the circle of our concepts."

There are different types of structure of the psyche and "Biorobot" is just one of them (we will talk about this in the following articles). In the course of his life, a person is constantly changing, the type of structure of the human psyche is also subject to changes.

The good news is that not only the environment (in a broad understanding of the meaning of this word), but we ourselves, can influence the process of formation and further transformation of our personality, and even how to influence! Understanding the mechanism of the formation of “our own I”, we can literally “do” ourselves, do it every day, 24 hours a day!
