The legendary artifact of the Harappan civilization is the Vimaana. This is how Indian treatises call mysterious flying ships resembling UFOs in shape. Some researchers argue that 15 thousand years ago in the Indus Valley and the sunken islands of the Indian Ocean lived the highest civilization, which allegedly waged a war against the Atlantean civilization, localized in the Atlantic Ocean. At that time, there was a sunken continent in the Indian Ocean - Lemuria.

The Lemurians living on this continent reached high technologies and for quite a long time peacefully cooperated with the inhabitants of Atlantis. However, the conflict for supremacy over the world led to war, and as a result of the fighting, which took place with the help of aircraft, these two greatest civilizations mutually destroyed each other. It is usually believed that the UFOs recorded in numerous photographs come to us from other planets. These space aliens possess knowledge that surpasses ours, and people, to one degree or another, are involved in higher knowledge. However, supporters of the Indian hypothesis claim that the mysterious flying machines were created by earthlings, namely, the Lemurians. On such spaceships, the Lemurians flew not only over the Earth, but also to the Moon and, perhaps, even to other planets.

It is well known that in the solar system between Mars and Jupiter there is an asteroid belt left over from the once-lost planet Phaethon. Some researchers associate the death of Phaethon with the Lemurians: allegedly Phaethon died due to the fact that the Lemurians unwisely used its natural resources. According to another version, military bases of warring civilizations were located on Phaeton. The third version of space flights of the Lemurians insists that about 15 thousand years ago, the distant ancestors of the Harappans landed on the moon. Supporters of this hypothesis even believe that lunar craters, sometimes visible with the naked eye, did not appear as a result of collisions with the Moon of comets and asteroids, but are traces of the interplanetary war of Atlanteans and Lemurians - funnels from shells hitting the Moon sent by the warring parties to the enemy's lunar stations.

The descendants of the Lemurians, according to some researchers, settled in the Indus Valley, where they created the Harappan civilization. However, the Harappan people, according to the supporters of this hypothesis, could inherit not only ordinary practical knowledge, but also the incredible flying machines of the Lemurians. Researchers suggest that somewhere in the jungle or mountains of India there is a secret hangar in which vimanas are kept, and as if in order for the practice of flying on vimanas to not be forgotten, sometimes pilots, initiated into the secret of vimanas, fly into the sky on their vehicles, and then people in different parts of the world see UFOs.

Who are these initiates? They seem to be completely ordinary people, leading a completely ordinary life, but in their hands are the keys to the main secrets of science and technology. One of these initiates is believed to have been the Indian king Ashoka, who ruled one of the Indian principalities from 268-232. BC e.

In addition to his usual military and economic-administrative activities for the tsar, he is supposed to be a great scientist. He founded the "Secret Society of Nine Unknowns" - a narrow circle of scientists, initiated into the secrets of the ancient sciences. Ashoka assumed that wars and other disasters could lead to the loss of secret knowledge, so the society he formed had to preserve them for posterity. He was also afraid that the science of antiquity, which had already destroyed the civilization of the Lemurians, could again fall into the hands of morally unscrupulous people who would use such knowledge to harm other people. This made him hide knowledge from ordinary people. Each of the members of the society had to, using the ancient manuscripts, write one book, setting out one problem of secret knowledge. Ashoka himself was not just the organizer of this society, but he was well versed in Lemurian science and, according to some information, wrote one of the treatises with his own hand, called "On Gravity."

The first of these books is devoted to the art of magical influence and psychological warfare, she taught to control their own and other people's thoughts. The second covered the issues of occult anatomy and human physiology, she taught how to kill a person bioenergetically with one touch. Some even speculate that the martial arts of the East were the result of a deliberate or involuntary leak of information contained in this book. The third book was devoted to microbiology, colloidal chemistry and all sorts of protective films. The fourth book tells about alchemical technologies, the art of transforming one metal into another, and how to obtain large quantities of gold of the highest standard. The fifth tells about magical means of communication: hypnosis, telepathy, reading thoughts and receiving information from the information field of the Earth and space. The sixth contains the secrets of gravity and ways to overcome it. The seventh tells about the creation of the cosmos and its structure. The eighth is devoted to the physical and magical light, visible and invisible. And finally, the last, ninth, contains the laws of the development of ancient societies, therefore it can be called sociological, but in addition, it sets out the principles of social forecasting, prophecies and signs of the death of civilizations.she sets out the principles of social forecasting, prophecies and signs of the death of civilizations.she sets out the principles of social forecasting, prophecies and signs of the death of civilizations.

True, none of modern scientists - neither physicists, nor historians, nor linguists - held these books in their hands, but their existence is often mentioned in the sacred books of India. Therefore, specialists do not leave the hope that they will someday be able to look at least with one eye at these legendary texts stored in secret libraries and find out the secrets possessed by the descendants of the Lemurians.

Recently in Lhasa (Tibet) a mysterious manuscript written in Sanskrit was discovered, and since there are no specialists in this ancient Indian language in China, philologists from the city of Chandigarh (India) agreed to help in translation. In their opinion, this text, not yet fully translated into modern languages, is a guide to interplanetary travel. In order to overcome the force of gravity, the author of the manuscript suggests using the psychic power of a person. A person who has this power is able to move in space both on Earth and in space - he can go to any other planet without any technical devices, but solely by the power of his will. Also, the text of this mysterious scroll contains information about the flights of ancient Indian spaceships to other planets. Why did the ancient Indians need such ships if their adepts could transfer their bodies to another planet with lightning speed? Most likely, then, with the help of a spacecraft, they could transfer not only themselves, but all the tools and equipment necessary on a distant planet.

This story looks incredible. Many skeptics question the very existence of such a manuscript at all. However, according to some reports, the translation of its text was sent to Chinese scientists, and many miracles described in this scroll seem to be working for the Chinese space program. And it is possible that in the near future, rockets and spaceships, built according to the recommendations of this ancient manuscript, will plow space.

However, space flights of ancient Indians are mentioned not only in such texts. There is also a lot of evidence of the priority of ancient Indians in space exploration in fiction. So, in the ancient Indian epic "Ramayana" tells about a trip to the moon in such a spaceship (vimana).

The Indian king and priest Rama, according to this epic, lived 15,000 years ago. He ruled a huge prosperous empire, whose territory surprisingly coincides with the Harappan area. Nowadays, many of these once flourishing lands

represent the arid deserts of Pakistan and northwestern India. In parallel with the empire of Rama, there was another empire - the empire of Ashvins, which some researchers of the ancient Indian epic identify with the Atlanteans.

In the empire of Rama, there were seven large cities, the inhabitants of which used vimanas if they needed to fly somewhere. According to the descriptions left in the epic, all vimanas of the Rama empire belonged to 4 constructive types. The most common vimaanas were circular disc-shaped. At the bottom of the vimaan there was a hole, and in the center above the disk was a dome. They could develop "wind speed", and during the flight they made "melodious sounds." These flying machines are very similar to alien flying saucers. But besides flying saucers, there were also other constructions of vimanas, for example, vimanas in the form of a truncated pyramid with three cone-shaped engines below. Ashvins also possessed vimanas, but their vimanas were cigar-shaped, and in addition, they could swim under water. Cigar-shaped vimanas are also found in other ancient Indian works. 230 verses of the ancient treatise "Samara Sutradhara" describes in detail the vimanas - their construction and flight of 2000 kilometers, takeoff and landing, as well as the peculiarities of driving during a normal and forced landing. This text also contains descriptions of quite realistic events from the life of balloonists, such as, for example, a collision with birds.

The Vimanika Shastra, consisting of eight chapters, describes three types of vimanas. It tells in detail about the management of the vimanas, the protection of the vimana corps from storms, headwinds and lightning. It also contains descriptions of mysterious objects, in which some researchers see special devices in a shockproof and fireproof case. According to the treatise, during the construction of the vimaan, 16 types of special materials were used, from which 31 parts of the vimaan body were made. Of greatest interest is the material, which, according to the creators of the viman, was supposed to absorb light and heat and convert them into energy of motion - this material slightly resembles the solar panels of our spaceships. In addition, there was a certain device on the vimana that was supposed to counteract gravity, its power, according to some researchers, had to exceed 20,000 horsepower.

Wiemann, according to this and other treatises, possessed fantastic maneuverability: he could move quickly across the sky, he could fly in a zigzag manner, hover in one place, like a helicopter or an airship. Some sources report that the vimanas used a "yellowish-white liquid" as fuel, which modern researchers identify with mercury compounds. It is mercury compounds that are considered very promising in space navigation in our time. Other researchers identify this mysterious liquid with gasoline.

What does science say about the Vimanas? The main enemy of UFOs has become digital technology. If UFOs were often found in photographs and amateur films, then UFO images on digital photo and video cameras are practically unknown. This allows us to say that the mysterious flying objects turned out to be just a marriage in the production of the film.

Can it be considered that the vimanas really existed? Unfortunately, those images that are sometimes considered vimanas find a different, more prosaic explanation among scientists. The soaring of yogis in the air, called levitation in science, is widely known. Only now there is not a single scientifically documented case of levitation, and skeptics tend to consider the available photographs as a photomontage.

And many other features of the mentioned ancient books are questionable. The mysterious empire of Ashvins, according to the Ramayana, existed not far from the empire of Rama. The word "ashvini" can be translated as "horsemen" or, more precisely, "horsemen". Can Ashvins be considered Atlanteans? In Western Europe, archaeologists have not found a single bone of a domestic horse, which would be 10-15 thousand years old. The domestic horse is generally unknown in Europe before the arrival of the Indo-European Aryans there. The domestic horse is not known in other regions of the Earth, which Atlantologists consider the colonies of the Atlanteans - in Central America and in Ancient Egypt. In Egypt, it appears 5 thousand years ago, and in America even later, after Columbus. It would be wrong to think that the Atlanteans-Ashvins, having passed on many secret knowledge and skills to their descendants, for some reason forgot to even mention domestic horses.

On the contrary, the situation described in the Ramayana perfectly correlates with the historical events of the death of the Harappan civilization under the blows of the Aryan (equestrian!) Invasion. The Ramayana text was written over two thousand years ago by the sage Valmiki. About 1300 years earlier, the Aryans destroyed the ancient Indian civilization. But the creators of the epic faced a significant problem - it was impossible to speak directly about Harappa, because the listeners of the epic were the distant descendants of the conquerors. So the author of the epic had to make an incredible trick - Valmiki made the story of Rama exactly ten times older. And so it happened that the empire of Rama did not exist 1300 years ago, but 13,000 years ago. But if the empire of Rama clearly corresponds to the Harappan civilization, then it turns out that traces of the Vimans should be sought in the ancient cities of the Indus Valley. However, until now there is not a single reliable image of the vimana on the Harappan seals and other images. The remains of the Harappan vimans have not been found either. The Harappan cities are excellently preserved, but none of the buildings in them can be reliably identified as the "hangar" or "airport" of the Vimans.

It turns out that Valmiki deceived his contemporaries, and after them continues to deceive us for more than 2 thousand years? But Valmiki's book can hardly be called a hoax. There is just a lot of poetic fiction in it. We cannot call the flights of Baba Yaga in a mortar or on a broomstick mentioned in fairy tales as a deception. In addition, Valmiki was forced to create such a fantastic picture of the kingdom of Rama that none of the listeners would have thought to compare the war of the Ashvins with the real invasion of the Aryans.
