According to the scientific concept of scientists who support the philosophical direction of panpsychism, the universe can have consciousness. If so, then everything can change.
Scientists have always tried to understand the universe
The universe has always been a vast topic of subject matter and controversy, the most important of which is where it came from, and more importantly, why we are here. Scientists have always lacked the ability to truly understand the universe. Astrophysicist Gregory Matloff outlined his ideas about the universe, and if his hypotheses are proven, the scientific world will never be the same.
The scientist published an article showing that humanity can be like the rest of the universe when it comes to spirit and essence. He said that the "field of protoconsciousness" can extend throughout space. This means that the entire cosmos can have consciousness.
The concept of panpsychism is supported by other scientists
Matloff is not alone in his thoughts, as Christoph Koch of the Allen Institute for Brain Science also supports the concept of panpsychism. He claims that biological organisms are conscious. Koch argued that when a new situation approaches, organisms can change their behavior to avoid an adverse situation. Koch wants to measure the level of consciousness that beings manifest.

Back in 1999, our academician Nikolai Levashov in his book "The Last Appeal to Humanity" describes in great detail the reasons for the manifestation of consciousness in simple organisms, including termites and rats.
During severe droughts, when the whole population is threatened with death, interesting phenomena occur: all individuals gather together and begin to behave unusual. Huge hordes of rats and mice calmly overcome difficult obstacles on the way to a new place of residence, where they are not threatened with extinction. Moreover, thousands of individuals can easily sacrifice themselves (for example, fill rivers or ravines with their bodies) so that millions of their fellows can, having passed through their bodies, move on unhindered. The distance they move can be enormous, but another thing is interesting, none of the individuals moved so far from their place of residence. How then do they know where to move, how to navigate the terrain? Levashov explains this phenomenon by the state of superorganism,when the united nervous system of all individuals of the population is able to solve qualitatively new problems, including moving over long distances, beyond the strength of the individual.
But that was a retreat.
For me, the very fact of trying to prove the existence of consciousness in the Universe is the moment when people start thinking outside the two boxes that were made for them: religious dogma and scientific atheism.
