Video: Revealed: Russian Laser Weapon designed to obliterate targets "within fractions of a second" 2024, September

It seems that there will be no thunderstorm in Moscow. The regions adjacent to Moscow were abundantly watered with rains, trees were uprooted by powerful gusts of wind. But the capital was carried away. Was it an accident or the use of climate weapons that Russian scientists managed to fight off?

Does it even work?

Climatic weapons are not recognized by any of the countries as a means of causing damage. If only because any strong hurricane or any other anomalous climate change can be equated with the use of weapons. However, experiments with the weather have been carried out for a long time, and specialists in both Russia and the United States, as well as in other countries, have serious achievements. For example, the sensational story of the American climate weapon is not such a fiction.

The HAARP complex in Alaska is still a closed facility, which cannot be reached unnoticed. It really works, and for a long time. However, the Americans do not hide why they need an antenna complex deployed over thousands of square meters. The nominally American HAARP is a research program for the ionospheric scattering of high frequency radio waves. In fact - a project aimed at studying the properties of the ionosphere. In simple terms, Americans have been trying since 1997 to understand whether it is possible to control the weather using electromagnetic pulses.

The damage is like a nuclear weapon

One of the goals laid down for the creation of HAARP is to repel a missile strike. Of course, the missile defense system should cope with these tasks, but exotic methods of intercepting ballistic missiles are also for the Americans. At the same time, the impact of high-frequency radiation on missiles flying up to the territory of the United States is not entirely fiction. More precisely - not fiction at all.

The physics and the very mechanics of this process are simple - a series of high-frequency pulses (theoretically, of course) can disable a ballistic missile while still in space. This should happen either at the stage of separation of the warhead, or during the so-called divorce of warheads. In the event that the warhead is not monoblock. This creates a certain area with a high temperature, which the warheads must not pass through. But this, again, is pure theory. How everything works in reality, no one will ever tell ordinary people.

Now comes the fun part. The HAARP complex was created with the active participation of General Dynamics, and in 2009 and 2013 HAARP was modernized by BAE Systems. Both companies are key contractors for the US Department of Defense and have specialized, especially recently, in the development of weapons with new physical principles. However, experts note that it is extremely difficult to use such weapons.

- There is a lot of reasoning about the principles of its work and very little reliable data. I will only note that a ballistic missile is far from the easiest object to impact because of its high speed and a sufficiently strong shell,”military expert Yuri Lyamin noted in an interview with Life.

Who bombarded Moscow with a thunderstorm?

Jokes about the fact that the storm in Moscow was noticed only by the Ministry of Emergencies, in fact, are not very funny. Why? Because Russia also has its own HAARP. The unique device is called in a military way - the object "Sura", and it was built not far from Nizhny Novgorod. It works in about the same way as the American antenna complex, but nothing is known about its switching on at full power.

It is currently known that the total capacity of the American HAARP is 3.6 MW. And, in fact, the whole complex is a huge microwave oven that can play with the weather at a considerable distance. Is it possible with the help of this complex to send clouds to Moscow? In theory, yes. But if it is possible to send a thunderstorm to the central regions of the country, then using a similar complex it is possible to disperse them. However, of course, there will be no official statements regarding the use of the Sura complex to repel thunderstorms.
