The aging program and self-destruction of the human body occurs at the cellular level. That is, the death program is registered in us from the first minute of birth. The withering mechanism is activated in a person from the age of fourteen, and the aging process itself continues throughout life.
At the age of thirty: fat begins to concentrate in the abdomen, the ability to fertilize in women decreases, testosterone levels in men decrease and baldness may begin.

What most often kills a modern person? These are: cancer, cardiovascular diseases, brain diseases. All of these deadly diseases are the result of the aging program. This program, scientists are going to, if not completely stop, then significantly slow down its action in the next ten to twenty years.

If scientists are not mistaken and the human aging program can be canceled, then human life expectancy will increase to at least three hundred years. It seems fantastic, if not for one "but". Researchers find mention of people whose age reached 900 years in ancient texts. Manuscripts belonging to the most diverse cultures tell about the elders, whose age seems completely impossible to modern man. Some researchers attribute this to translation errors, while others argue that numbers for our ancestors had a purely symbolic meaning.

However, there is a version according to which the life span of a person at the dawn of our civilization was at least a thousand years and has inevitably been decreasing since then. Exploring ancient texts, scientists have found something difficult to explain in them. In two documents: the Bible and the "List of the Kings of Sumer and Akkad", compiled about 4 thousand years ago, the life expectancy of some characters reaches several thousand years.
Moreover, upon careful reading in the same texts, one can notice a reduction in life expectancy over time. So, for example, the Bible says that Adam was 930 years old, Noah was 500 years old, Abraham was only 175 years old. It turns out that in ancient times, longevity was the norm, but with every millennium it has invariably decreased.
In ancient China, longevity was also commonplace. According to medical records, a doctor named Xu Wen Qi from the Qin dynasty lived for 300 years. Guy Yul of the late Han dynasty died at the age of 280, and the Taoist monk Hu Cao at the age of 290.

But what was the secret of the ancients' longevity, and why do people live up to a maximum of 100 years today? The answer to this question, researchers found in one of the Chinese medical treatises, which says that the key to oriental longevity is to nourish life. And it turned out that this is not at all about eating right. It's all about getting the required amount of energy for the very real third eye that our ancestors had. The mention of him is found in the cultures of different peoples. The Indians even mark it with a characteristic point just above the middle of the line on which the eyes are located.
The so-called third eye shrank over time and sank deeper into the brain, the researchers explain. Today it is located between the hemispheres. Doctors call it the pineal gland. The biological functions of this organ are not very secret. It produces melatonin, an anti-aging hormone. But the most incredible thing is different. Having studied the work of this organ, the Russian scientist Vladimir Anisimov made a sensational discovery. The professor found out: melatonin, the hormone of youth, ceases to enter the body when light hits the retina, and vice versa is formed only when we close our eyes, finding ourselves in complete darkness.
The professor explains that the most important property of the hormone of youth is to restore in the body everything that has suffered during the day during sleep. This prompted the scientist to think - what if the third eye still needs the energy that we draw when we are at rest in complete darkness? However, the accumulation of energy does not take place, because even at night we are surrounded by artificial light. No wonder experts are seriously talking about light pollution, which can really shorten the duration of our life. The cities are just flooded with artificial light, plus computers and television. All this suppresses the production of melatonin and accelerates the aging program.

Artificial light not only makes our bodies age. The electromagnetic waves through which it is transmitted suppress our biofield - the researchers assure.
So in 2015, Chinese scientists conducted an unusual experiment. With a special device, they photographed the biofield of a hundred volunteers and did not find any similar. The color and structure of the aura of each subject turned out to be unique, but so-called holes were found in the biofield in every second person. It turned out that all these people work at night, but sleep on the contrary during the day in natural light.
It is important to fall asleep at sunset and wake up at dawn. As a rule, this does not happen in our life, and therefore our biological clock is knocked down, as well as the work of this gland. We see frequent symptoms of rapid aging, depression. Also, the pineal gland is involved in the exchange of serotonin - a hormone of pleasure, which is also disrupted.

I don't think so. We will be fruitful and multiply in the same way, even if our life is reduced by two or three times. It's just that all physical processes will accelerate significantly for us. And we will not even know that we live undeservedly little, compared to our seventy-year-old ancestors, long-livers, because we will perceive this life as an immutable reality, just as we perceive it now.
